I made an appointment and they got me shortly after. I went to get my blood drawn and I’m deathly afraid if needles. Saul was the one in charge of drawing my blood and he did a phenomenal job. Best blow draw I’ve ever had. He was patient with me and gentle and helped calm my nerves. On top of that Saul did the draw and it was painless. I didn’t feel a thing. So much so that I asked if he even drew blood. For someone who is so afraid he did a wonderful job!

AVOID at all cost! What I walked into was pure and utter chaos. I am 7 months pregnant and was fasting 10 hours prior to my appt. I arrived on time and found a line of frustrated elder and special needs people who could not navigating gate the kiosk for self check in. They ended up cancelling my appt because I couldn’t check in on time. People were crying, confused, and desperate for help from the quest staff, which never came. 30 min after arrival we were able to find a live person, who explained to me that they cancelled my appt and I would be switched to a walk-in, but might he waiting all day…. Pregnant…fasting… As I sat there nervous, starving, worried about my baby, my husband luckily was able to find an open appt at the West Hills clinic. I wish I never went to this place and cannot imagine a worse experience.

When I told my doctor what happened, she was furious. That should never happen for anyone fasting, especially if you are pregnant.

Quest is being cheap by cutting admin and replacing with terrible and dangerous kiosk check-ins that only add delays, confuse the elderly/special needs, and cause pregnant people to fast well beyond safe limits.

I urge anyone reading this to go elsewhere!

Not on time. Two people in back and only one person at a time. Don’t take people in order. Don’t communicate to say they are behind
