Quest Diagnostics reviews
10I am very pleased with the young employee Alexandra who found me not so well prepared to do entire test, but she did made sure to at least test me for the issues that can be done. Her outstanding knowledge and respect for me I cannot thank her enough. She is a true credit for Quest and I will make sure to come back to do all required procedure. Thank you for having straight on the dot young professional
Very bad service, take for ever to call your name, even there is no patient. Always long wait. I swear to to god! Worst customer service ever.
Cannot get any live person on the phone to answer basic questions.totally lacking the reassurance to rely on this place for any service at all.
Great experience at this location. Make an appointment. Otherwise, you will be waiting a while. This is pretty much the same at all quest locations. Waiting room is cramped but they were very efficient. Tech was wonderful and did an excellent job drawing blood. Everything is done electronically (check in, etc) with no reception.
Every quest near me seems to have bad reviews, so I figured it didn’t matter which I went to. But, I had a super positive experience here with Briana. I had an appt for 10: 40–which you really need to make if you want to ensure you’re seen. I was called right on time. I didn’t know I needed a mask—so note that you must have one even if the appt info says “recommended”—and she waited for me to run to the pharmacy downstairs and buy one for $1. Bri was very skilled, knowledgeable, and personable.
Whoever is managing this location should be shoveling sht instead, and maybe they can do a good job there. An hour of waiting passed my appointment time is as ridiculous as it gets. You people must be getting a cut from the parking fees or just had horrible examples while growing up.
My son needed to get blood work and we didn’t even have to wait one minute after checking in. Professional and lovely staff as well!
Quest Diagnostics on Van Nuys Blvd.by Sherman Oaks Hospital: (
I went online to the Quest Diagnostics website on 3/8/23 at about 9: 30pm to make my appointment for the next day at 12: 00pm.
I got a text confirmation, as well as a confirmation on my Quest Diagnostics app, which I also use.
Showed up for my appointment on the day and time I reserved and was passed over 3 times over a 35 min.period, at which point I asked the woman working there why I keep getting passed over.
She asked me for my name and said that I do not appear in her system.
When I continued to discuss the matter with her she told me she was with a patient (Who literally just walked in) and closed the door in my face.
The seconf time she came out, I showed her my app with the confirmation, and she again said, your name is not in our system. I told her that may be, but I have a confirmation, which she did not look at, and said that she needed to see a text message or an email.
When I showed her my text confirmation she again said she was with a patient and then her attitude turned from bad to worse.
After showing her the app, and the text confirmation, she said that the guy she just let in was waiting there for a long time. I said so am I!
That's when she said that she does not feel comfortable and said that she was not going to take my blood at this time. When I called her on it, she said she will call the cops on me.
Her name is Breana, or Briana. Dark curly long hair, about 5'5" tall and very kurt. There used to be a really nice woman there called Mila, but she's not there anymore.
If at all possible, I would STRONGLY recommend not going there and finding another location.
Not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly but Brianna is definitely the light of the office. She drew my sons blood and he was so excited to go back for round two! Thank you very much
Horrible experience! The person that came to take me in yelled and said "how many times do I have to tell you to wear a mask" even though ot was ghe first she had told me. If they post statements asking respect towards their staff, they should exhibit mutual respect. The staff member also yelled at me for not having a lab order and I told her that my doctor had sent it electronically. Instead of politly informing me that I needed to contact my doctor as they did not have the order, she just yelled disrespectfully. Quest has to choose or at least train staff to be human beings. The staff who spoke with me was an older lady and then when a younger staff helped me, she acted with outmost respect. I hope quest tends to this matter and at least provide them with the minimum tools on how to act when they are working in public service.
