Quest Diagnostics reviews
15Brand new place. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Not a friendly person in the place. Still waiting.
I walked and had not appointment, I waited longer 2 hours, because people with appointments was coming, I suggest to choose from u appointment patient also. Not All appointments people,
I was a walk in appointment and they were very busy, but I was able to be seen after an hour. Kimberly looked tired from a long days shift, but she was still very friendly and provided amazing customer service. I was at the office at J street in the hospital and received horrible customer service so I highly recommend choosing this office.
Please avoid this place. I had an appointment scheduled and had to wait more than an hour even after arriving on time.
Just go to the Elk Grove location.
The place is alright but there’s one employee who speaks rudely. I asked a question kindly and the old lady seemed annoyed. I felt like she didn’t care about you unless you have an appointment. I still wasn’t sure what to do so I had to go to a different location. The instructions the lady gave me was unclear because it was my first time dropping off a sample so I had to leave very disappointed. It’s a good thing that there was another quest diagnostic 3 miles away. If you feel unsatisfied I suggest leave and go to a different place near by. The other location is on J street and their customer service is better than here. You will lose a lot of time waiting for assistance especially if it’s that lady.
My child today, July 3 at 7.40, the laboratory assistant pierced 2 hands to take a blood test. She was in a lot of pain, she was crying. Not only does she now have a fear of visiting such an institution, but also the psychological trauma that your employee inflicted. This is not the first time we have taken tests in quest diagnostic at this address, and all the time your employees make the same mistakes. I am extremely dissatisfied with my child's service.
I gave two stars only for the guy who took my blood, he was great if this was all about him he’d have got 5 stars. The rest of my experience was garbage, actually I always am miserable there. I’m disabled and the accessibility sucks. I had to struggle to get my Walker up a couple stairs. Next the place was so packed there was no available seats, fine with me I have a seat on my Walker. I looked around and decided to sit by a set of double doors (another entrance/exit) only one door worked, the other door was not only locked but the blinds were pulled all the way down to the floor. I parked and sat in front of that door off to the side away from the working door. An employee (who I’ve had a weird encounter with before) came out screaming at me that I’m blocking the emergency exit…I made eye contact with another person who looked as confused as I did.
Typical garbage (non-existent) customer service. Automated phone because they are too lazy to answer. Somewhere along the line they crashed and burned on the whole concept of customer service. Their automated system takes for ever to navigate only to achieve nothing. If I can avoid it, I will never use this company. Good luck trying to confirm an appointment any other way then the generic text they send out.
They kicked me out and deleted my post because I didn't have a mask. Although this is not mentioned anywhere and they did not provide it to me
For every 10 patients that arrive, 1 patient is called in. There is absolutely no room in the waiting area for people to wait, it’s so packed here! The communication here is rude and short.
Unbelievably rude staff. I was shocked how they spoke to the patients in the waiting room including myself. I would have left if it wasn’t such a hassle to make an appointment or even just to check in.
Also, what is the point of an appointment when wait times are so long. Won’t be seen without a mask and no masks are provided. No help for elderly ones who are unsure how to use the computer check in.
Absolutely Terrible.
Came to get my blood drawn, and was asked to leave because they would not provide me a mask to wear, when they were providing everyone else a mask. I was the only white person in the building. I feel like this is discrimination. I will be contacting Quest, and a Lawyer.
This is the dirtiest location I’ve ever been to. Here at 11am and the window is down yet the waiting room is full of people not knowing where to check in at because they didn’t bother to have someone letting patients know how or where to check in. I left & will be finding a much more clean & professional location.
I'm so sorry and confused about the negative comments. We went there a couple of years ago and everything was outstanding. I made sure to inform the kids to drink 24-32 ounces water throughout the morning so that everything would be quick n smooth, and it was.
Prior to the last appointment the nurse couldn't draw blood from my son either. But they gave him 2 waters to drink because he was a little dehydrated and within minutes was able to withdraw blood with no problems.
As a matter of fact we are going to make appointments for tomorrow. I'm looking forward to another wonderful experience. We had an excellent nurse I can't remember her name but I will Never forget her kind face. She was a tall lady with braids in her hair. She absolutely loved blueberries. Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent. We use to ask for her by name willing to wait hrs to be seen by her. Hopefully we will see her tomorrow. Excellent nurse.
Two persons try for blood draw for my baby but they can’t then one of them telling me she need drinks more liquid. We need professional Technicians please
Note: Their is no one at the reception window to talk about your issues.
