I want to leave this review mainly because of Doug, my husband had an excellent experience with him, he was very professional and caring. He made it very easy and comfortable for him. I wanted to leave a review on the website but for some reason the link did not work. Employees like Doug should be appreciated. He is very competent at his work.

Very rude won’t even look at you to answer a question unless your name is called. No one at the front desk so you can drop specimen off that is labeled STAT and sent from the dr you still have to sign in and wait and even then hopefully there’s appointments available and even if there is appointments you wait over an hour after that time. Ridiculous!

Quest diagnosis location is the worst customer/clients service in all of the Sacramento Valley, stay away from this establishment, if you have an appointment better make sure your name is on "their" lcd screens or they won't even look at you, or they look at you like your soliciting their establishment. Just plain horrible service from being to end.

Im being decent giving this place one star I mistakenly made an appointment here I will never return

I got my blood taken and the girl who took me in was mad for some reason, I didn’t do anything to her. She took my blood very aggressively and made me a little nervous the way she was rushing. I got my blood taken by her 2 times and every time I went there she was mad. Definitely don’t recommend this unprofessional place. Don’t waste your breath on going there!

Poor services especially for walk ins. No one is present to even help the elderly check in with the kiosk. Just don’t even offer walk in if walk ins have to wait several hours with children. If there was an option for no stars it will be given.

Having read the various negative reviews and the dates it would appear the "the leadership team" fails to follow up or attempt to correct the negative situations

I personally always have a good experience with Quest Diagnostics. Use the app log in through your cell phone 10 minutes early.

The staff are rude and mean. Very rough while helping with blood draws. They should be trained or fired for treating patients that way. My mom cried as the staff administered the needle and tab hard while she told her the needle is band.

Front desk lady’s are so rude have appointment but take so long.they let walk in people go first.no help at all

3 attempts 3 different times, after they seen my last name they said they were not taking More apps.

You need a help desk and a live person to talk to and also a way to check on employments made

Bon or von the young man with the tattoo above his eyebrows is more unkind than cruella his partner feeds off his bad energy so if I were you I'd keep driving until you reached the next quest
