If I could give this place zero stars I would. Staff is unbelievably rude making senior patients hurry and rushing them while being extremely rude to patients who are confused using the kiosk. Walk in appointments are a complete joke with people constantly being put in front of your name that don’t have appointments. I am writing this review while in the waiting room as I have been here for 3 HOURS and still nothing. ABSOLUTE JOKE

Awful, staff rude, late bringing you in. Unwilling to accommodate if you arrive outside of your appointment. When arriving on time with an appointment scheduled bring you in 25+ minutes later.

Kiosk didn’t work. Person who came out to help was extremely rude. When I asked about the wait time, she said it could be 10 min or 3 hours. Then she left. Really? Ugh

I use this location for my routine blood work because it’s the best. Best is relative for Quest though. Quest as a corporation sucks. I get regular blood work done for years and have tried a few different locations.

Quest does not use receptionists anymore. Just phone logins and computer kiosks. Phlebotomists seem to all be rushed.

BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THERES ANOTHER QUEST LOCATION ACROSS THE STREET and I’ve mixed them up before. If you’re late to your appoint, the computer won’t let you check in and there’s no real human to pled compassion with.

They take walk-in again, but it’s not quick like it used to be years ago. Appointments have to be made online - no receptionist means no one to call. Appointments get you in and out super quick! They are very punctual and often early on appointments. Appointments are prioritized before walking!

This big corporation is cutting cost by now forcing the Phlebotomis to do all the work. Why they’re not hiring clerks to help with the process of checking insurances & printing the labels for the staff. I was there for 1 hour & it was only 10 people waiting for service. 3 people left they could’t wait more. 1 hour just to get blood work done with only 7 patients waiting for the services? Ridiculous if you can try to go to a different lab service.

You will never be able to get your results. The online access is a maze - they ask you random questions " What color is your Ford 1995 model? " and you have to know and you have never owned one, ever!: -D Some questions are even weirder. The service is none existent. Nobody answers your phone questions and you have to come in person to schedule an appointment on a machine. Then you have to come again - I hope my doctor will never ever give me a referral to these horrid labs.

I drove an hour out of my way to this location as the other Quest shop reviews were terrifying! Come with little to NO expectations. There isn’t a front desk here. You check in at the kiosk and a technician will come and greet you. Do NOT expect bells and whistles. There isn’t any of that here. It’s strictly business. I came here for bloodwork and my experience was exactly what I hoped. Quick and pain free. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I am not sure how it is when there are a lot of people here but I was here with just one other person so I was called quickly after I had scanned in my information. The place looks clean and there are a lot of seats. The lady that took my blood was pretty quick and efficient so I don’t really have any complaints about this place.
