I got to My appointment I sent the text they told me stay in my car until they call me I went to the door there was a note on the door that it’s close today because of power outage! So why They tell me to stay in the car.

I was told that Quest accepts walk-in patients by my physicians office; they didn't tell me I would have to wait 1.45 hours, as they honor all patients with appointments before they will see walk-ins. The phlebotomist was very stressed and busy, as he told me he was trying to train two new people. By the time he drew my blood, he was very stressed, and forced that needle into my arm; I gasped and told him that really hurt! I couldn't look at the needle, but I believe he drew at least 4 vials of blood, and it really hurt the entire time the needle was in my arm. I've had tons of blood drawn in my life before, and it has never hurt this bad. My arm is still sore today! That's ridiculous! I think he needs more training!

Did a simple blood test there.quick and easy.excellent Phlebotomist.i have had many draws in the past, this lady was nearly painless.clean and quiet place.most labs these days dont have receptionists so if its busy you may have to be patient.

I know Covid makes things difficult- but the communication and wait times for this facility are inexcusably bad.

An estimated wait time of 19 minutes ended up being in excess of 70 minutes.with the only recourse being one receptionist haphazardly trying to multi-task.

Disturbingly, proper mask wearing by other patients was not properly enforced- which made me feel unsafe.

Avoid avoid avoid.

STOP! This Mickey Mouse operation is to be avoided. They don't take calls. They don't have a receptionist. They don't honor appointments. And the place feels dirty. Employees are incompetent and unprofessional. Disgusted is my experience with Quest Diagnostics.

I just waited an hour and a half as a walk in patient and ended up without having any bloodwork done. There were two people working at the entire facility. One woman was checking people in as well as doing bloodwork and the other was doing bloodwork. Each time someone went back to have blood drawn, they were gone for about 30 minutes. Normally, I would just way whatever and leave but I feel obligated to write a review because Quest is doing nothing to inform patients how they are handling their covid testing patients. If you need routine bloodwork, have your doctors office do it. At Quest, everyone waiting for tests (Covid and everything else) is waiting in a tiny, non-ventilated room together. The sign in mentions that you can sign in and be notified via text when you can go back, but there is a sticky note that says this service doesn't exist.

Awful customer service. Rude receptionist who simply ignored me when I asked questions about checking in. Never coming here again.

Slow as pond water. No, make that molasses in winter. Rude people, as inflexible as possible, knowledgeless. Also parking is hideously expensive, park on the street. But you’ll have to feed the meter, your visit will take 2-3 hours. Even if you made an appointment.

I should have know from the start that I would have a bad experience. The lab tech pointed me in the direction of the room with a hostile attitude. I explained that I was a hard stick and that my left arm was better. She promptly went for my right arm, placed the tournaquet incredible tightly until my fingers were blue and numb, and not surprisingly was unable to get blood! I am an RN and don't believe I have ever been treated so poorly.
