Quest Diagnostics Chula Vista 4th Avenue reviews
9Quest is horrible. Might as well just die before you can find an appointment that fits your schedule. NEVER had problems with Kaiser.
Appointment was easy to make online. I was called in on time. Nataly was very efficient and nice.
I came to this facility much earlier than my expected appointment because I have to bring my doctor’s laboratory request. Also since it is my first time to come here for a blood draw. I would like to commend Diana, the phlebotomist who attended to me because she was very helpful and also took care of everything that needs to be done prior to the bloodwork. She was so accommodating and very friendly. She was also very helpful to the other patients that needed some help checking in. Great person!
I've seen cleaner, more upscale facilities, but the place was fine. No frills but gets the job done and my appointment time was respected.
No staff at front counter. The phone messaging system told me that walk right in for a walk in appointment.
Machine told me the wait would be hours…
I don’t know why they have a contact number when There is no one there to assist you with questions about lab tests, I needed to know if a 24 hour test was good turning it in at a later time, but there was no one to answer that simple question and it’s horrible service when you can’t have someone to speak to, it’s all automated, and it’s absurd for them to think that automated service can take over good customer service: (
In my experience, I can say that the person who attended me was very kind and patient with my son, he has special needs and all this causes him a lot of anxiety and fear, and she was very attentive and patient. Thank you so much.
Came here for an appointment. Two tablets to check you in, nobody at front desk to help anyone with questions. No point in making an appointment because walk ins are getting through before people with appointments. Choose another facility if you have an option.
I walkined in on a Saturday. They explained to me u can wait. I did wait like two hours. The was people he didn't show up to there appointment. They still never called me. The it was 11: 39am. They said we closing we can't see sorry. They were unprofessional. They could have seen me. The just were being rude.
