Do not bother going if you do not have an appointment. Standby is a complete waste of time. Waited 2.5 hours for nothing.

At one point the waiting room was empty, down to a couple of us on the standby and for at least 30 minutes, nobody was called in. Screen shows "currently being service = 1" and soon increased to 3 after appointment shows up. They could have completed a couple of standbys in that period of 30 minutes but it seems to me that they are only waiting to service appointments only.

When asked, the lady was rude and dismissive to an elderly couple asking them "what do you want me to tell you? "

After spending over an hour trying to book an appointment online, it turns out, even the website sucks. 20 minutes trying in person to contact a real person at the San Dimas facility and left the empty offic with a room full of chairs and I Pads. I'll see if Lab Corp can help.

Making appointment in MyQuest is so much easier than call by phone.
Experience with phlebotomist could vary so much from person to person and I was lucky that I had a lady with long black ponytail who was beyond professional, she makes everything nice and easy, and drew my blood in a way i don’t even feel the slightest pinch, I’ve also had ones who hurt me so much that the pain lingers for hours after the blood draw.

Fast service.walk in early morning, you will fill your info, 5-10 minutes waiting, they will call your name.
Less than 5 minutes after that to leave.

Worst place. They don’t help for nothing or even let you about making an appointment. AT ALL COST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. The bad part is there phone systems doesn’t allow you to make an appointment. You need to scan there qr code. Poor service and hate coming. Avoid if you can if not plan ahead. Instead of helping they make it worse and frustrating

Nice friendly personal. I suggest that you set an appointment up before you go there. My first time, I was given a phone number to call so I could make an appointment. Don't bother, the number at one time, far, far in the past might have belonged to someone or something. But it's no longer in service and don't bother asking the personal about this number, they have no clue, but it's not their fault. Just go on the web to Quest and make an appointment, it's quick and easy, unless you don't have anything else better do and you like to people watch.

Horrible service do not come here!
We were a walk in and people who were walk ins after us got service first not to mention we waited for over four hours. I asked nicely and she answered rude giving me attitude.

The rudest inconsiderate people work here! My doctor is sending me for a urine test to quest because that is who my insurance takes and the lady here was so rude. I checked in as a standby and she came out no standbys will be seen we are only accepting appointments. Excuse me my doctor is sending me due to a health concern it’s just pee. She told me they will have to do all of the appointments first and then possibly I could be seen. So you mean to tell me as people come in and check in I will have to wait only because they have labs to be drawn when I only need to have a urine culture done. Quest is going down hill quickly! Like you need an appointment but no appointments are available and some stuff is super important! I just don’t understand because for years I have been with Lab corp who talk walk in and if you have urine will let you pee and leave because all they have to do is label the cup and enter the information in the system that takes 5 minutes (I know I work in healthcare)! Smh horrible place I just left and will tell my doctor to send me urgent care or something!

Really deserves zero stars. Incompetent staff give completely contradictory information about what to do with samples, and theres no way to even call and speak to anyone because they're too cheap and try to automate everything. Completely worthless, typical big medical corporation trying to exploit every cent out of the patients that they can, go anywhere else.
