5Stay away from this location. I showed up as a walk-in and waited 3.5 hours then they took another walk-in before me. They are very unorganized and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Totally impressed. This was my first visit. I was checking in at the kiosk when, a nice gentleman came out and said come on back, and I can do that. My appointment was not showing up. He just put me in where I was supposed to be. He was very professional, yet perfectly charming. He could not have been more pleasant. He did the draw and I was on my way.
They open at 7am. I show up at 7am. They check me in, then tell me they have no openings today. AT ALL.for REAL? ALL DAY?
Stay away from this location if you can. Recently we walked-in around 2-3pm and no one there except us, still we had to wait for an hour but no luck, we walked out without any tests. Even with appointment we had to wait, this was 3 yrs back. It simply doesn’t matter either way, stay away. I used PreiryCity location which is much much better.
No receptionist at all. You check in on a kiosk and if you have any questions or need further help, no one is in the front to ask.
