Got a appointment on the app. Went in, checked in with my id and my insurance card.
Saw my name on the board.
Waited less than 5 minutes was called back.
Laura introduced herself, she is awesome!
Didn't feel the stick, got me the first time! Woot woot!
I am thankful for Laura.

Used the app to set an appointment, last night.
They sent me a link to check in when I get to the appointment.
Went to the appointment.
I clicked the link.
Walked in to my name being called.
Jocelyn helped me today. She was awesome! No pain, can't get better than that.
I appreciate that I didn't even feel the stick.
I still highly recommend this awesome place and the awesome people that work there!

Juanna was the bomb, no pain! That's the best! Very short wait, extremely happy.
It was a super easy process. Went to kiosk put in my phone number. I was then checked in. They got my insurance card, made a copy and took me right back. So easy. So quick.

The one is going towards their automation system it's garbage there isn't even a way to figure out your schedule time
. They make you run through hoops. After this appointment I'm done with quest

On 4-8-23 at 7: 30am, it took repeated efforts for blood draw that was painful even removing the needle. The next day my husband had signs of cellulitis and the start of a hard red streak from needle hole which are signs of phlebitis. This tech needs more training. Luckily Silver gel is curing it.

I usually have at the LEAST 9-10 times for a blood draw then told to come back since they couldn't get it but Estella and Sombat got it right away with such a great touch. Thanks girls, you're the best!

I made an appointment earlier in the week for this morning. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great experience.

While it went quickly I am bruised so bad because the nurse didn't know how to draw blood. I look like someone beat me up.
