17My first time ever at this location. I must say everyone had a very pleasant and professional demeanor. I had an appointment and I did not wait long at all. I was very satisfied with my experience! They all are “REAL” heroes!
Trying to reach a actual individual on getting my daughters test results they have everything automated no real people asked to speak to a customer service representative and all it can say is we are connecting to you to a agent please wait
I brought two lab tests in. They did one and lost or threw away the other one. I called Quest customer service. They told me that the supervisor would call me and that has yet to happen.
Appointments are a must if you go, 20 minutes and you're done. Friendly staff. No appointments you'll end up waiting 2+ hours. Don't even bother looking for parking. Best to park across the street or at the 99 cents lot.
I have walked in and also made appt. The people that work there are very nice and helpful even when customers are rude to them. Sometimes it is standing room only and they handle the crowd professionally.
I don’t know why so many people rated poor. But i was here today jan5,2020. They are really nice and friendly. It tooks only 15/20 min. Thanks people
They make you sign in on a tablet for most people its not a problem, but they get older patients that have trouble and there is no one available to help. The front person is working very hard on paperwork.
The employees are nice.
Waiting time in this place is ridiculous.
It is like the DMV, with people moving and working in slow motion. Oh god.
I came to here today. They said the time initially 45 min. After 90 min i went receptionist desk i asked again. Lady said 15 min again i waited 15 min they are not called me. Almost it takes 3 hours minimum time. If you prefer this location plan accordingly. They are very lazy calling the patient.each patient it takes time approximately 15-20 minutes. I was wondering about them services. I am strongly recommend you don't go to this location.
Friday @ 2: 15pm: quick easy electronic check in, lab request verified within 15, was out within 45 minutes. Pretty good for being a walk in.
Bad service if I could give them a 0 star I would. Waited an hour even with appointment while there there was an Asian women that didn’t understand the IPad for the sign in and “front desk” didn’t even bother to help her. The same patient in the lobby did I can’t believe people pay for this HMO
There seemed to be one person working here. There was quite a lot of people waiting and there was no receptionist. I waited for 10-15 minutes and no one came to the front so I left. Will be going to another quest.
So far I've not had an issue with this location, either with self pay, Medical or Medicare. BE ADVISED, many low cost clinics refer their patients to here so it can be (intermittently) crowded. Just chill out and try a different time / day. Also, parking is very tight (and I believe Paid) in the small lot and on nearby streets.
ADDITIONAL NOTE - The Quest patient portal does NOT keep reports for more than 90 days, UNLESS YOU PAY!
Went in as a walk-in soon after they opened and they called me in about 5 minutes later. The key is to sign in right away on the iPad. The technician was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Overall I was in and out of this place in 15 minutes. Maybe less. Don't know why all the negative reviews.
It was my first time here and I had the best experience.i had an appointment for 10: 30 am, but get there at 9: 00, though they didn't complained and checked me in.the Lab was very clean and staff were very polite and professional.they don`t interact with client too much but when they do, they are professional and nice.the lady who took my blood sample was very good and skilled and did it pretty quick and smooth.though my veins are hard to find.
I had not expected this cause i read few bad reviews about this Lab, being crowded and long line and i picked it cause it was close to my office, but I'm surprised by the excellent service I got here.
OMG never had to wait so long just to draw lab. Front desk girl could use some customer service skills. Kinda rude. Checked in at 10: 15am and left 11: 43am. Staff kept saying "Make an appointment" but as I observed those ppl had to wait also. Not sure if I wanna come back. We'll see.
