7I made an appointment (recommended), arrived 15mins before, checked in on the kiosk and waited for 2kins before being called. I was out of the office in 10mins, 5mins before my actual appointment time. The nurse was very nice and got me out super fast.
The worst people ever horrible service you do not want to go anywhere else but here they show no absolute consideration for walk-ins even if the lobbies empty
Horrible experience. Mom went to her doctors appointment and got told that her lab results were lost. How is that even possible. Tried contacting quest diagnostics and couldn’t even reach an actual person, just automated services. Health services are horrible. Why pay for health insurance
Wendy and another young blonde girl who helped me and my daughter Natally out today were kind, courteous and professional! Wait time was about 5 min but we did have an appointment. Thank you so much
No respect on “appointment”. I had an appointment at 12: 20. Checked in at 12: 00. They called us in at 12: 55. Service was OK.
Made an appointment - got there 45 minutes early - checked in the kiosk - not seen till an hour after appointment time.
First time and found them to be very professional. The only complaint I have really has nothing to do with Quest but with whoever decided to charge $3 to park to everyone. Even LA county doesn't charge handicap people to park at most beaches and parking meters.
