Quest Diagnostics Manteca East Commerce Avenue

I have always had bad experiences here. This most recent time will be the last time I ever step foot at this quest location. I had an appointment at the location on Norman Dr but unfortunately, they moved me to this location due to the fact that they were super busy because they had some call outs and needed to move me to the location on Commerce. I immediately felt upset because I did not want to return to that location due to my bad experiences there. Norman Dr Quest is my go to because their staff is so professional and caring.
I headed over to Commerce Ave Quest and proceeded to go inside to the waiting area. They called my 7 year old son in who is autistic. They scolded him for being on a phone. I told them he watches game videos to keep him calm and how he is autistic and it helps him. They brushed me off like if I said something rude or something. Then when it came time to begin the blood draw, I began to hold him down. It's hard for him to understand we had to get his blood drawn for his own good, not for torture so he was naturally really scared and begging me to let go crying. One of the staff members said, "Ivan you are too old to be crying" as if that is something normal to say to someone that is differently abled. I immediately was heartbroken to hear that they had the audacity to say that after I made them aware of his autism condition. I did like any other parent would and left. I wanted to speak to a manager but the tears and the rage would not have let me speak. I could not believe what happened right in front of my face. This place is the WORST place to take your loved ones. SPECIALLY if they are disabled. They clearly are ignorant towards anyone differently abled.

Rude and unprofessional. They don't honor appointments and close before thier posted hours.

This place is so rude my husband has an appointment for his chemo and they did not take him in now he has to wait for his blood test now at his appointment and now needs to wait. Ridiculous place. Never again 0.0 stars they deserve!

Not someone who likes leaving bad reviews but disappointed in my experience here. Scheduled an appointment for a drug test that should’ve been in and out. However, system went down right after I got my drug test done. Had to wait another half hour for them to troubleshoot and even talked about having me come back again to redo the test completely. I am from out of town and made a one time appointment including taking the day off, I don’t want to keep coming back to test. Staff finally agreed to give me the manual forms which I submitted to my employer but were unclear and now postponing my start date. Sorry to say this location has inconvenienced me greatly and I would not return.

This is the worst place to get bloodwork done. I had an appointment and was not attended on the time of my appointment. At the end they wanted to attend me as if I were a walk in. Some of the staff is rude and have no manners to attend the people.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY MAKE APPOINTMENT IT'S NOT WORKING, U SAY ONE TIME AND WHEN GET THERE sign in the roster it's give u a different time.not good and no respect for the elderly that need help

So I walked in, there was little to no one here at 8am, I was told it was going to take 2 hours. So I said let me check in and I'll go get a mask at Target while I wait. I walked out after checking in and the same woman that helped me check-in took my name off the waiting list mind you I only walked out to go to my car and get a mask, walked back in and my name was off the waiting list and I had to check-in all over again!

My appointment had an error. They honored the appointment anyway and I got in and out fast and easy. They were very nice no issues

Facility operates on appointments only. You force people to go to your facility and offer appointments more than 1 week out.

What a joke.

Came for a urine test got there 10 min early got in 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment just for them to tell me they don’t have anymore of the cups waste of gas and time place is awful and there not doing anything to fix it

Quest new appointment policy is the worst ever. Try calling and you get a endless loop talking voice that never allows you to talk to a real person.

I had called earlier and after dealing with the awful automated call system it said to just come in to the office. Upon arriving there was no staff to talk to only a self serve kiosk that required I consent to them keeping my information before telling me there was no appointments. Fantastic.

I drop some sample for my daughter on 10/11/22 around 2: 30 pm. I met lady she was extremely rude and zero personality she told me hi did you do correctly? I told her 2 times it is my daughter sample she was making fun of me it is your sample. I give her sample including insurance, but still she was acting rude and aggressive and she refuse to take my sample and lay to me it is leaking, so she gave me other samples kits. I told my wife I don’t wanna go back to this place it is the first time happened to me in this place regularly I visit but the rest staff so nice, but luckily on 10/12/22 my wife drop up samples she said I met another young lady she was very nice a polite. Thanks god I control my anger I was so close to start yelling on her. I strongly request from Quest Diagnosis leader to hire professional people. When I moved to US 11 year ago I learned how to behave and talk to people, because
it effect your business, I run my own business.

Worst Costmer care, one nurse attend my 7 years old daughter, she is so rude and loud with kids

Showed up as they were closing down, and Kimberly (I think) re-opened the door and conducted my routine bloodwork efficiently and amicably.

After fasting all day and hustling from work to get there by 4pm, I was so thankful for her understanding in that moment.
