This location was dirty and the employees were rude.

This place was clean and efficient. Making an appt on line cuts your wait and the log in process us super easy.

The receptionist are rude and have no people skills. The bathrooms are filthy they look as if they haven't been cleaned in months. The girl that help me out with my drug test was gross. She didn't change her gloves throughout the process. She touched the urine specimen and placed it in a bag, afterwards she didn't switch gloves she started typing on a keyboard, touched some pens, doorknobs and the faucet on the sink, she was spreading germs everywhere. When I asked her if I could wash my hands after collecting my urine she looked at me crazy saying that I had already washed my hands before going into the bathroom. Does she not wash her hands after using the restroom? This place has no infection prevention precautions!

Cant do your lab work without paying your dues. I tried to pay in cash, but they dont except cash

Good Lord, everybody at this location is rude. The girls at the reception desk are especially rude, god forbid they actually do their job and smile and help somebody out. Even the person that took my test was rude, like I am ruining there day by being there. Go to any other quest but this one! Also notice how they only respond to positive reviews, that is not a good sign. You should be responding to negative reviews too, really doubt every negative review here is slander, clearly the customer service in your employees is lacking at best.

Every time I went, even when computers were down, there was a short time of a wait. I didn't have an appointment either.

Had really good service. I went first thing in the morning and I waited about 10 minutes. Staff was very professional and friendly
