If I could rate lower I would. My fiancee scheduled and appointment for a standard test and waited far beyond her appointment time. The lead lab lady questioned the reason for the test (employer requirement for hire) and did not believe my fiancée employment details that were sent directly from her company. Derogatory remarks were made about my fiancée throughout. When my fiancée said she felt the nurse was being disrespectful, the nurse threatened to falsify the results of the test to deliberately fail my fiancée and to call her employer and lie about this testing. It is highly unprofessional and extremely concerning that someone with access to privileged information (medical, ssn, employment testing) would callously threaten such actions that could lead to employment termination or worse.

I have an appointment at 9 and they called me at 10. No one there to answer your question. Terrible place

Another proof Quest needs to go out of business to save the United States.

My wife had an appointment just 2 hours ago. We arrived early and checked in smoothly. Then the nightmare began. There was a long line waiting so I brought my kids outside and my wife stayed inside waiting.

Why are we even her? My wife has a very bad stomach pain for the last 2 weeks and has to go to the bathroom constantly. And you probably know what had happened. My wife went to the bathroom. It took her 2mins to finish, but this South Asian lady called her name only once while my wife was at the bathroom. Why we know the details? Because the nice East Asian man told my wife that the staff just called her name one time and walked away.

My wife went to talk to her but that South Asian lady said she has to reschedule. Come on! Just walking away to pee will need her to reschedule? We are in the United States, not South Asia countries.

The funny thing is that she also saw a 80yr old grandmother complaining about waiting in the room for 1 hour with appointment but still cannot get anything done.

"Quest" - Get the right staff and pay the right salary. Get rid of those grumpy staff. Or simply just shut down more sites to save human lives.

"To other people" - I cannot ask you not to come to Quest since you will come when you get the order. BUT, please ask your doctor to see if you can go to other lab to do the lab work.

Such a disorganized place
Don’t care if you have an appointment and waiting for 50 minutes. They book each slot for 4 people according to their staff. Image each slot having 4 people waiting. Everyone on-time but short staff, no responsibility.
Quest Diagnostics have the worst labs

I came to lab for my daughter as walking they didn’t except us only by appointment they have very bad customer service

I was a walk in and was greeted by the phlebotomist and got my tests done and out within 20 mins. Can’t complain this place is efficient!

Went in at 8 and my appointment was 830. It was super quick, I even got in as soon as I arrived. I loved this location. Super quick.

Very unprofessional service. They cancel your appointment or cant attend to you, if you are 10mins late. However they themselves are running 45 minutes behind in their appointments. Their upper management should penalize their team for that. I dont think they care for the time of their patients.
