Awful experience. I had my appointment scheduled at 2: 20 PM on 9/8/2023. I checked in at 2: 10 PM. It's almost 3 PM and they still didn't take me in.

We got there early and the staff were unable to tell me if it was even a possibility that we could be seen early if there was an opening in the schedule. That was not a great experience. But, we did end up being seen early, which was nice. The person taking the blood was nice.

Horrible! Waited for an hour for nothing. I didn’t have my Referral with me and I couldn’t call my doctors office because they were closed. You can’t call because no one will answer and even when you go in there is no one at the front. The rude woman said you can’t ask any questions about your appointment until you get called. Horrible service!

Why bother making an appointment if there not gonna take you at that time. Nothing but dummy's here.

Not short of staff. Staff employees are accommodating and efficient. They’re time conscious. The place is clean and big to accommodate all the patients. I’ve been going there since 2015 that they’re still located at the 7th floor until they occupied the one at the 6th floor, a bigger one.

Rude people works here. They are just here for pay check, they were having party behind the wall while 20 people waiting upto 3hrs for simple blood work. Specially chubby short girl with glasses was so rude

One of the worst laboratory in the world. Slow stuff, no customer service. They will make you wait for 3hrs. Rude stuff! Very disappointed that I am here

Kathy is so kind she helped get everything that I needed for my son future testing. She really accommodated me I appreciate you. I have had my blood draws done by her too in the past she’s great!

We booked an appointment but anyway had to wait for a long time. So messy. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Went in as a walk in and they made 8 people wait for over an hour with the hopes of getting helped. At 430 they told everyone to leave and they wouldn’t help us. They could have said no walk ins allowed as soon as we walked in. Terrible service and attitude.

I'm rating this place very low, because it is hard to make an appointment online in the first place and when we walked in it took us 2: 45 minutes to get it.
This is not acceptable for people who work and take a day off.
They need to hire more people.

This place is super hard to find! Even though i finally found the right building and when i got out of the elevator, no direction or signs or any hints telling you which door is this place. I missed my appointment and had to join the walk-in line. I am only here to get a blood work done in order to become a breast milk donor to the MMB. Thank goodness i will not need to come here again. I am just so frustrated about all these

I have to say today was one my best experiences here at the lab. Michele Agbodzi was my phlebotomist today and she definitely went above and beyond. I showed up a little over an hour early from my already scheduled appointment trying to be seen as a walk, but still ended up waiting a little while. After she realized the walk in list was empty with people in the waiting room she came out to start bringing people back. Definitely saved me some time in my day and was an absolute pleasure. Her chair side is superb.

Horrible place, I had a appointment at 10: 30 and a wait 1 hours. Please if you have time to waist came to this place.

I like going to this facility. It's always clean. The staff is always nice. They do a great job at accommodating each person. They are also quick / time sensitive staffers.

Very organized & Clean-most importantly the Technicians are all very kind and caring - The wait times are not longer than 5 mins if you have an appointment. I have also gone in without an appointment in the morning when they and got right in!
