Quest Diagnostics Placentia East Yorba Linda reviews
13I made a call and on the option menu it said to press 6 to speak to a representative but whenever I pressed 6, it said it wasn't valid.
First time I went was back in February. Both Myra A and Maira S were incredibly nice and helpful. Blood draw was quick and near painless. Going back this week!
Just did a blood draw and urine test at the Placentia East Yorba Lina Quest. Everyone from the receptionist to the phlebotomist was extremely helpful and kind. The restroom is large with plenty of space to do what needs to be done. This is the second time I have been here and it is now my preferred lab.
Came into this place for a blood draw for the first time and the hispanic lady who was working the front desk by herself at around 11: 00am-11: 30am on Sept. 14,2018 was so incredible rude and insensitive to me the second I came up to the counter. I was already incredibly nervious and was feeling so much anxiety knowing I was there going to have to give blood. I have always had this horrible fear of needles ever since I was a child so it takes me a lot of time to build up a lot of confidence in myself mentally to get myself into an office for a blood draw when my doctor makes me an order to do so.thank God it's not all the time lol. I just really wish she was more courteous and naturing towards me. It's not easy by any means for a lot of people to just walk into places like these and just say here take my blood without any hesitation. Also, the way she was handling a patient on the phone while I was standing right in front of the counter was just really sad. She was looking right at me with this disgusted look on her face while rolling her eyes back and fourth at me while speaking to the patient on the phone. She talked to the person on the phone so poorly. It just added to the anxiety I was already feeling and made me feel so uncomfortable. I ended up leaving because she rudely told me she could not see me that day and that I should come back on another day. I definitely did not go back. I ended up going to the Quest on Harbor Blvd.in Fullerton. So much better! Super friendly staff from the second I walked in the door. Great clean place with a very professional staff. Sensitive and kind through the whole process. Made me feel less stressed out and more calm. I would definitely recommend the Quest Lab location on Harbor in Fullerton right down the street from St. Jude Hospital.
I have been here 3 times now and the people are always nice and polite. I get is and out fast also; very efficient.
Walk-ins are fine and quick in the afternoon. (All the people who are fasting do morning appointments.) The receptionist and phlebotomist were both kind and gentle. Only downsides are that the building has a little too much of an "industrial" design for medical offices and that it's nearly impossible to talk to a live person if you try calling.
It was a little difficult to get to but the service was fast and the techs were cheerful. No photos of beaches or flowers on the walls though. Modern building with interesting interior walls down the hallways.
Hard to make a appointment or change anything. They should make it much easier. Need a real person to talk to when you need to get a straight answer. They could not hear my questions on a lot of the info and would come back on with the wrong dates or information. Very frustrating!
Hard to find office but enjoy having it here!
NEED SIGNAGE!
ENTRANCE IS ON SIDE STREET, NOT YORBA LINDA BLVD!
This place was a terribly long wait and only had one person drawing blood with a giant line. Hire and train some people, you obviously have the demand.
Made an appointment online and was seen promptly. There were having computer issues so I'd have been seen even quicker if they hadn't. Both staff members were both polite and friendly. And the office was nice and clean.
The biggest issue I had was finding their office in the building.
Girl in the front was very rude and even if I had made an appointment for an earlier time other people walk in with a later one and are tended to first! Very upset with that!
The guy who took my blood test "Carlos" was a "very kind, patient and pleasant" nurse considering I was doing alot of talking.
I give him 10's!
