3 What a bad office, service and very unprofessional stuff! They got a blood order online from affiliated online doctor organization and didn’t check it had duplicated parameters! When I came in by appointment, the receptionist said she cannot proceed without doctor advise and started calling the doctor! (Why you didn’t align the order before I came in?)
Obviously, the doctor office didn’t reply and she said she cannot proceed. I had to go back home with nothing.
Moreover, there is MOLD on the ceilings inside and hygiene conditions are poor.
Wouldn’t recommend anybody to use this office!
Arrived here this morning after having made an appointment to get a blood draw for a Galleri test. After registering and providing my insurance information I was told to leave because "we don't do test kits here because we're only open until noon and it's a FedEx issue. " Meanwhile Galleri's website and Quest's website say that they do in fact do test kits.
