5It's impossible to reach someone on the phone. When you do get someone, it's always the billing department (shocker!) And their best advice to get a hold of the department you are seeking is to "just go there in person". I thought he was joking at first but I quickly realized he's not.
Well so far I went once it was fast and I did a walk in nice ladies that attended me the other day. I'll comment on how it goes for me today.and they got it done with one try since my vein is hard to find.
Marcy is always so kind and friendly. On top of that she never hurts with the needle!
Polite and professional and quick. My blood was drawn by Brenda who did an excellent job. I was a walk-in and was their about 15 minutes.
