The staff is rude, not professional and lazy.
Bring your test somewhere else.

Incompetent, lazy, rude and totally lacking in compassion. Glad I made the switch to Labcorp down the hallway. Blood test done efficiently by the lovely lady at Labcorp. If I could give no star, I would, but the system insists on 1 star to proceed with review. Argh.

The lady today is working like a robot
if you don't have an appointment you will be like invisible and she will be acting like deaf to you. VERY RUDE!

Being disabled can hardly walk and 72 years old, and I rode an Uber to get there does not mean anything to them,

It was my second time going to this lab. Very clean and organized. Shemiran did great and I even didn’t feel the needle. Highly recommended.

It really hurts when I was taking blood test. The needle is thick. And there is still a 4mm scar in my left arm. I have been taken blood test before in Labcorp and it just pricked in one arm. But this time in Quest, it pricked in twice in my both arms. The employees there is careful. But the experience is not good. And they don't allow me to answer the phone and read the message inside. Besides, there is just a board keeps me private.in the other side, there are people waiting to be called.

The staff at this location has always been snooty and extremely slow.
I drive across town to use other location when possible.

I had an appointment with a confirmation number, the sign-in computer is not working. The lady very unprofessional and told me have to leaving….

The lady attending you she has horrible customer service very impatient and rude not only to me but yo who ever comes in. This lady is something else how sad that you don't like your job and has to bring out her attitude to everyone that has no fault. She is a short chubby older Hispanic lady. Came with my son today. Sad experience.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible staff. Please don’t go there and don’t send your any family members. They don’t care about your age your health. My parents use to go same lab without appointment.my parents almost 70 years old.they need some tests.they eat 9pm night and next day they show up lab 9 am.my mom dad both high blood sugar and high blood pressure.staff nothing help my parents.my mom said we don’t speak English can you talk to my son on the phone. They refuse. Finally my parents coming back 11: 45 am without test.this quest lab staff don’t have humanity. Shame on you Quest lab.

Worst experience at this location, please dont visit them at all. The lady on the front desk was quite rude and refused to help me on registration kiosk. She asked me if i had appointment which i said no and she refused to help/talk/listen or even help to schedule an appointment. Very disappointing behaviour.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT COME HERE.
Quest Diagnostics should be avoided at all costs, almost an hour waiting after appointment time and then they refuse to accept the specimen drop off. Waste of a trip. Apparently they can not do anything without a paper copy - this was never a problem or stated at Quest Diagnostics on Samaritan. I had to come here because there were no appointments there. Does each location have its own rules?

My doctors orders are not going thur, their scheduling can be improved. When you call them, can’t talk to a human. I won’t be coming back here

The employee who took my blood was incredible unprofessional. First, she refused to take the second page of my order (I had to convince her to change her mind to avoid coming again in future), because the previous person was late for her appointment and due to that there was left less time for me. I came 5 minutes earlier and she was complaining to me about the previous person. After that, she left a huge scratch on my arm while taking off the needle. Will not recommend this place to anyone

I am truly grateful for the courteous and caring staff whose name is "Shemiran". I visited this lab today and my doctor's lab order was missing some test codes. She could simply send me back to come another day with the correct and complete order. But the staff working here was very patient and responsible. She took time to call the doctor's office and confirmed the correct test codes and did all my tests quickly pain-free. Thanks Shemiran for your effort and respecting my time.

Attention is really bad and the attitude is not good at all
Because “they did not get the lab request” i had to make my doctor resend and because it took 10 minutes they said i had to reschedule. They just made me lost my day.

They do not answer the phone to even confirm if they are closed/open or to say if they accept walk-ins. I arrived at 1: 00pm, place was completely empty and they said they cannot take any more walk-ins and just blew mw off to make an appointment by phone or online.
