Once there, no human to help. You struggle with machine but once 10 min mark hits your appointment, it gets erased, you got to schedule for another day. You would think that they allow more time for firstcomers given the shortcomings above. As if only their time matters, and I am a middleschooler and with all the time in the world to waste running back and forth.

Terrible service. Many people came and wait like me for 3 hours and they keep telling us check status on TV, but the TV keep showing ads. No idea how long the wait or confirmation that the name already on waitlist.

Waited like 10 days for my appointment. I got there on time, but they denied my appointment because the line took over 15 minutes since the people in front of me didnt understand the language to check in. They will cancel your appointment because they cant manage check in times.

Horrible lab. Especially Lini who was talking on a personal call on her phone for OVER AN HOUR while 40 people were waiting in the lobby to get their blood drawn.

They don't care about the customers. They care about their selfish personal business.

They don't care about getting people out of there.

Worst medical facility I've EVER seen. Get a new supervisor for gosh sake.

Four and a half hours after arriving I left.still no blood draw!

NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Don't go to this location.waiting room is packed and smells bad.poor calling system, broken monitor.poor associates.

Not much service even for basic questions mostly all computer screen Yes there will be older people so be prepared to wait

I had an appointment for 2: 20.it’s 3: 00.still waiting. What’s the point of an appointment? Folks just literally took four people from the back of the line who complained!
What is going on here!?

Worst experiences at a medical clinic I’ve ever had. This is my second time going to the clinic to TRY to get my blood drawn. I walked in, put my name down on the walk in list (the system said I’d be seen as soon as possible) & waited for over an hour & never got my blood drawn. I asked the assistant how long it would take to be seen because I had to go to work & she said, “ it would take about 3 hours. ”. 3 hours to get my blood drawn at a walk in clinic? !? The clinic was not busy & I don’t understand why it would take 3 hours to wait to get my blood drawn. Never going back to this place.

Wow this place have to wait on hold for ten minutes with a guy yelling in ur ear very loudly then u get to another machine to set an appointment I have questions nope no one there to answer the worst customer service ever and from a doctors office thats horrible

I dont know why it says appointments strongly encouraged but not required when you call.when you come in and the room is already empty. 30 mins before closing. They dont take you in. Lady said appointments are required on Saturday. I dont think that is what the phone recorder said. I was able to sign in for walk in when i arrived before the lady said no.

One star rating to get attention of management. I think the design to process appointments need to add reminder to bring in printed orders. I had it on my phone but due to inflexible process technicians couldn't print on-site (even as exception process). Your forms need this scanned into a file which I already had on the phone! Then I had to come back as standby position 7 and still that after an hour of waiting. Could not wait, tried to cancel on web and could not (no confirmation number, and could not lookup by email or phone number)

I waited 2 hours for a minute appointment. One of the test I needed is only done 7-9am. I got out of work for this.

I scheduled a Health & Wellness check a week ago and arrived 30 mins ahead of time to check in. Turns out the service was not being performed anymore at this time and I needed to reschedule. Thanks for wasting my whole week. Could have a least email me and notify me.
