I have to say Jo and Christine are absolutely amazing, I currently was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and recently have been getting my blood drawn weekly and will be doing so for the rest of my life news like this can completely turn your life upside down and Jo and Christine have been heaven sent through such a dark time in life, they are soooo kind and thoughtful and know how to distract with great conversation at the best times. You really have two amazing humans working there. I hope for you sake and mine you never lose them they really are beyond what costumer service is. They care and it shows. I look forward to my next blood draw just because their there.

I've purchased the comprehensive health test for men on the Quest website on Sunday. As soon as my order was processed, I made an appointment at the location on Sonoma Ave - they had a busy calendar, so my appointment was on Tuesday. I arrived fifteen minutes early, scanned my QR code (they sent by email), scanned my driver's license, and answered couple questions at the digital kiosk. My name was called exactly at (and I mean on the second of!) my appointment time. Friendly staff took all the measurements, then drew my blood. I stopped by the restroom, after which I handed off my urine sample and left - the whole visit lasted fifteen minutes. I received an alert phone call from PWNHealth on Friday letting me know that my vitamin D is below reference level (deficient) ; the clerk asked me whether I wish to consult their physician, which I declined. I received the final, detailed health report on Saturday (6 days after I placed the order) in MyQuest portal- it was fantastic (!) - with helpful notes, links, and comments. I am so pleased - I do not get his level of analysis from my own doc - money well spent. Highly recommended.

Minimal waiting time. Staff is very friendly, efficient. Used this lab 4 times and
my experience remains the same.

I have very good experience with this location. I came in 9/6/23 for routine blood work, signed in, and less than 5 mins I was called already, I have appt at 2.40pm but I came in 1hr early, Christine was my phlebotomist and she did an excellent job! Thank you Christine!

So no "Walk ins, " essentially. If you don't make a prior appointment and someome comes in even after you have checked in yourself, you could wait forever and be bipassed! Not okay at all. You imo, just a number at Quest. Youmare assigned a number to watch on the screen to, let younknowmyour place in line. Please @Quest Diagnoatics, Not everyone has wifi or technology to electronically make an appointment. Checking in here is a joke! The only way to get assistance is to hope to catch the attention of a tech taking a patient in! Then you wait yet some more! Quest Diagnostics is so out of touch. No interaction with the patients! No personal assistence or concern. Imo the patients are just a dollar sign! This place is a huge disappointment.

I was greeted in at the door and after entering the lab, Bobbi was my phlebotomist and she was excellent. She was attentive to my sensitive vein and even used a smaller needle for drawing blood to accommodate less harm to that area. She was very kind and authentic and made small talk to help the draw go by without any hiccups. If you go to Quest and can request, see Bobbi!

Jo was excellent she knows what she is doing very grateful she is there. From the reviews it looks like hit or miss I saw a lot of people needing help checking in that was a huge mistake on Quest’s part —to make more money for stock holders— to take away an actual live person to help people check in. I think Quest is just another greedy American corporation like so many in the USA. Pay your employees more and get rid of self check in.

Fast, easy check in with the app. As always, it's best to make an appt. Christine was my phlebotomist. Called me in within minutes of my arrival. She was efficient and quick in checking insurance and physician's orders while remaining kind and relaxed; quite the feat considering how busy Quest can get in the early mornings. Christine was also great at venipuncture, barely felt it! She followed procedure to a T, staying professional and personable at all times. I need to have labs very often so I truly appreciate when every aspect of it goes as smoothly as it did this morning. Thank you, Christine!

It's getting harder and harder to make appointments and self check in. Long waits at this location. Making an appointment doesn't help

Don't miss your appointment. You are bumped by the next appointment and you could sit for over an hour, waiting for a no show. Quest is not the same company. They changed to no receptionist during covid - and since have left the front desk empty.

I work homecare and we are contracted with company to do lab tests. Often tests are lost or misplaced but the other day i needed a swab for wound culture and your facility didn't have any. I was told to get one from the hospital and bring it back. If I go to the hospital for that.the hospital will run the test, because it us their supplies I'm using. Totally useless.

This is Robin. I have been a patient at this lab very many times and except for the last two times, everything's been smooth for myself and the phlebotomists. The last time was horrifically off-the-charts for the way I was mistreated by the site manager, Chelsea and all of her present staff that day.
As I was waiting to be seen, a stranger, Tim, checked in and proceeded to be inappropriate toward me, so my assistant, Luke, told him to mind his own, things proceeded to get loud between the two and the staff took it out on me by saying that I could not be seen. But I never said 1 word to Tim, did nothing wrong and was peaceful and it was between the two men, yet the phlebotomist actually blamed me for bringing Luke, as she had brought Tim in the back and probably serviced him as a patient but anyway I told her that Luke was gone now and I was fasting and was peaceful and needed to be seen also I had a doctor's appointment to follow up after this blood draw in just three and a half days. She said to not bring Luke back so I said will instigator Tim be able to return and she ignored me. So I spoke to manager Chelsea on the phone who told me that the solution was for me to not be seen today and I told her that the solution was for her to not allow me to be further victimized by her staff but instead to counsel them in the hopes of peaceful proceedings. She refused and said that I needed to leave. They had apparently called the police before I started talking to Chelsea because before I could even conclude the talk to the decision maker, Chelsea, the police had already arrived. What a horrible disgrace on Quest, this site manager is! In front of all clients/patients, an innocent, peaceful fellow patient was police-removed. I had to reschedule my follow up doctor's appointment, so this is delayment of care.also, due to incident, Chelsea said that she'd actually called my doctor, more than once, this is suggesting slander/defamation of character.finally, direct medical negligence, as after so many times of patronage, they kicked me out when peaceful and in need!
