Quest Diagnostics Temecula Jefferson

Made appt online for husband - even got text saying to link to check in - he drove into town just for these labs - and they said no record of appt or something to that effect and he would have 1 1/2 hr WAIT

My experience here was great, not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. My appointment was at 9: 10. I walked in at 9: 05, was self-checked in, seated, and waiting by 9: 09. My name was called by 9: 16, and i was outta there by 9: 30ish. The lady that took my blood even gave me a bottle of water for proper hydration.

This place takes more than 3 hours for any walk ins. Do not go here. Queue was cleared a couple times and not 1 person on stand by list was called for over 1.5 hours. Staff doesn’t care for walk ins. Make appointment or go somewhere else.

First time in my life I was 10 minutes late, because couldn’t find the suite 109. They cancelled my appointment. But every time when I go to Quest diagnostics to any location I have to wait up to 1 hour and that’s ok for them. Horrible service!

Terrible place! They don't have a desk person to provide proper info. I Waited 4 hours to drop-off my kids culture test and at the end they told me that they don't accepts IEHP patients. Now I need to go to another place and wait more days to know if my kid has a parasite or not after vomiting and diarrhea for 4 days.

This place is so rude and racist. I showed up as a walk in and sat for 3 hours only for them to say they don’t have time to see me all of a sudden. Stuff is very rude and unprofessional everyone could hear them saying they don’t wanna help the waiting room and one person mentioned that she’s hungover and wants to go home to sleep. It’s sad that people like this are allowed to waste other times and jeopardize them this way. I will be contacting my attorney.

Never fails. Quest has the worst customer service no matter what collection center.

When I was late 10 minutes for my appointment I had to re-schedule. I was told no stand by. I made sure I checked in at least 10 minutes before this time.so far it's past 5 minutes since my scheduled appointment and they haven't called me yet.

Horrible service. The staff takes breaks constantly when the appts are over an hour out and refuse to get standby patients seen. A lady was waiting for 3 hours and there were multiple times when no appts were currently signed in but they would never call anyone during that time for excess of 20 minutes.

Warning don’t walk in, make appointment.
Has to be the worst quest diagnostics in all Temecula Valley. I waited for close to two hours as a walk-in, there was periods when they had no customer for over 15 minutes and still I was not helped.

. I would like to work there though. All I heard was laughs and loud conversations, good times.

I scheduled an appointment for Today at 11 am (05/01/23). I showed up at 8: 20 am and there was no patients in the lobby, just me. I asked them if there was a chance for me to be seen a little sooner since they had no patients and they were 3 lab techs, (just chatting in the back), well, they told me that I had to wait for the other patients to show up, and that I had to wait for a no-show if I wanted to be seen sooner. After me, an old lady walked-in because she just needed to leave a urine sample (her appointment was at 4 pm), they told her to come back until 4 pm just to leave the urine sample, that poor lady left very disappointed. If these lab techs are no longer happy with what they’re doing, they should leave room for other people that really likes to work. Other patients that came in an hour later were also upset, asking for a manager, and were told that there was no manager, or no one in charge.

I went in to the Quest on Jefferson in Temecula on 03/24/2023 for my blood to be drawn! The phlebotomy technician helping me was Tra-Lani! It was the best experience ever! She was very professional and courteous! She was able to locate the vein immediately (it is always a struggle) and draw blood pain free! Thanks to Tra-Lani! The service at Quest is always good! I went in as a walk in and waited for just one hour!

Had appt. Waited maybe 10 minutes to be called back. In and out quickly. This was the office on Jefferson across from In and Out in Temecula.

Horrible company! Have been to three different locations to pee in a cup! All have different times for this which is not posted online. Even if you are their a correct times, you could wait 30 minutes to a couple hours just for them sorry can't do today

The telephone automated service is terrible. There is a telephone number for each different location but they all route you to the same general site. Speaking to an actual person or getting any kind of answer is nearly impossible. There is NO reception staff at all. I will go ANYWHERE else for my medical testing needs in the future.

Wait time for unscheduled appointments is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment instead of waiting here. It will be multiple hours.

A freaking joke. Why say "accept walk ins" when they had us wait and then say "we may not be able to see walk ins" after waiting for hours. FIX YOUR SCHEDULING SYSTEM.if there are no spots available due to appointments don't waste others time. NEVER GO HERE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL OPERATION
