“Walk in” definition @ Quest is you will be seen if someone appointment is a no show or cancel, unfortunately this is not communicated when you first check in, maintly because there no human being that you can talk to.waited 1: 45 and I was no closer of being seen than when I got here
Recommend to avoid their services if possible.

For all the negative reviews I was not looking forward to going here for my labs. I went ahead and made the appointment anyway.
I have now been twice and the service was great. I would say most of the bad reviews are from those that did not make an appointment.
If you walk in you will probably wait a while.
Make an appointment!

The tablet check in is awesome! Really easy and smooth to use. I arrived 10 mins early per email request and was called in right at my appointment time. My Phlebotomist Ron was super sweet and awesome! He made me feel welcomed and comfortable (i hate needles) so the process was smooth. I was out in 5 mins!

Tip: It's best to make an appointment if you hate waiting. I was scheduled only a week out (not bad for non-urgent request) It's true walk ins are accepted but if you can't wait book in advance

I had a scheduled appointment for health checkup through my work. Ron was very kind and efficient with the appointment, and I was out in 6 minutes after my appointment time.

Other technicians didn't look as nice, so it probably comes down to luck. Also as others say, please schedule an appointment to avoid an hassle or wait. If you can plan your visit ahead, it'll save you any wait or headache!

My technician was Melissa J and was a horrible experience. She couldn’t place the needle correctly and kept moving it around while in my arm. I’ve never had this kind of problem in my life and I get blood drawn frequently. She also had a very negative attitude. The waiting room was packed full of people who had been waiting there for a very long time. I was only taken in quickly because I made an online appointment ahead of time. Overall would not recommend this location, go to another one if possible.

There were several elderly patients waiting to be seen and several of the employees were not wearing a mask.

Masks for patients were available upon request, but no one was required to actually wear them.

Please help protect elderly people and people with disabilities.

Pathetic behavior of the employees. Went for walkin at 11am and never was admitted in for blood work. Just tell the patients coming in that we may not be able to accept the walkins. I checked in and after waiting for 5 hours I was told to me. F off. Wasted PTO from work. I will never ever go to this place.

Worst experience ever I’ve been sitting here since 9 is now 1: 35 pm this is so crazy worst place to get ur lab done quest

I came in about 1: 00 PM for a 1: 20 PM appointment. The room was almost full. I was out of there about one 1: 36 PM. I felt like the time went by very fast and that the people were very efficient at this location.

I have very tiny veins and my experiences for 40 years have always been negative. Today, Ron found the vein on the very first try. Normally, I leave the phlebotomy office, bruised with multiple bandages. I'm sure everyone in the office is great, but I'll be asking for Ron the next time.

I like the service at this location. I have nothing against the staff who, on the many times I have gone, have behaved very well. I congratulate all the staff.

Just came in and felt very welcomed. My technician was very friendly and helped me ease my mind during the lab draw. The front desk was very nice. I spend about 20 min overall with an appointment but would still come back for the future.

Worst experience ever, I understand people that have an appointment can have some privilege but honestly when you’re a walk in trying to get things done beforehand and they can’t take you in until they’re done with ALL appointments it’s ridiculous to me. My daughter went in as a walk in and even got there before they opened, still spent a whole hour waiting for them to not even take her documents in or anything because appointments are more priority than the people who are there wasting their time.

I been coming here for years and I hate giving bad reviews but this place has to change their workers they have such bad attitudes you’re simply asking questions and they’re bothered. They’re cutting you off telling you that they don’t allow walk-ins when they clearly do I was standing in line for two hours. I was the first one there, and she turned me away as a walk-in. I couldn’t even finish my sentence without her, cutting me off and saying she was not going to see no walk-ins at all. Very rude.

I went for my 3-hour glucose test, I took the entire vial and they sent me to wait. I was waiting for them to talk to me and when they talked to me it was to apologize that you are leaving late to come another day because if they did the test I would not come out again the proof. And no avia Many people have no passion for their work. I got home with a headache and I wasn't even hungry but I had to eat something because I'm pregnant

I walked in at 1: 20pm and was out 30 minutes later. Great customer service staff (they walked me through the check in status) and Melissa took my blood work.

Always a good experience. Their system for signing in, waiting for your turn, friendliness of staff & ability of staff to draw blood have always been pleasant for me. I get in & out quickly, & my experience with their techs has always been pleasant.
