7Having a very hard time getting an appointment. This makes getting lab work done difficult.
Anybody answer the phone, voice mail is full, and they closed before, I was there at 4: 40 and was closed. I went another day with appointment at 4: 15 and they din'd received me because they almost close.the receptionist say that she will call me next day to new appointment, but she didn't (2 week ago)
It is all electronic iPads inside and so I couldn’t even ask any questions, it’s very confusing. I wish there was a secretary or someone to help.
I arrived here at 245 and this place was closed. It clearly has written on their front door that they close at 3pm. I knocked and no one answered. Must be nice to not even get a sorry we’re closed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Waited 3 hours to be call am debetic I hadn’t eaten any thing I was feel bad so I left. They called all appointments but did not call any walk ins they say they would work us in there were 7 people walk ins. Waiting no one called
My mom is a diabetic and elder. The computer system doesn’t recognize walk ins. Although it advertises it. The staff acts more like robots than human beings. Very sad how they treat elders. They simply don’t care
It was amazing! With an appointment at noon, I was in and out in 10 minutes.
