If you have the opportunity to choose another laboratory, please do so! It takes 15-20 minutes per patient to take blood for analysis! Where have you seen this? ! If you don’t have an appointment in advance, you can stay there from the morning until the evening! Save your time and nerves.

Absolutely no problem. Appointment was at 7: 40 in the morning didn't have to wait past that. Megan was excellent phlebotomist. Very gentle no bruising.

First time visiting this location. Your employee Charla was very inconsiderate with my child's appointment at 8am. We were about 9 to 10 mins late due to my child being very nervous and there was a guest already signing in to there computer, not knowing there were 2 computers and since it went past the 10 minutes she wouldn't help us and told us the wait could be up to 6 hours now. My child had to fast for 8 hours so there was no way we could wait that long. Never going back to this location. Employees need to be more compassionate in this field seeing as I am in the medical field as well I would've treated us 100x better being in her position. Very poor experience with Charla. She was very unhelpful with the check in system. I hope you guys have a talk with her on how to deal with similar situations and being a better person. Now due to her being unhelpful I have to make a whole new appointment and take more time off of work and more time of her schooling. She is not a good representation for your company. I arrived as a walk-in and registered, but I was rudely informed that without an appointment, I wouldn't receive service. The staff member didn't even inquire about our needs, which was a simple blood draw. The attitude in her voice and expressions was unpleasant. My son, who is a child, had to fast for the test. I arrived at 8: 00 am since appointments weren't available in the morning for two week

I had an appointment and was seen in less than 5 minutes of my appointment. I also received a text with a link asking me to check-in online. Then, I received another text when my name was about to be called (it's a good idea to wait inside location so you don't miss you're name being called). The woman who saw me was very pleasant and professional. I will keep using this lab and will update tmy review accordingly.

Yohanna was a genuine life saver today. I can not complement enough how much this person helped me today, she showed professionalism and compassion that was greatly needed. Thank you Yohanna

A few weeks ago when I was here I had a very scary experience. I was in the lobby with this man in thirties. When he began to act strange. Nothing I could pin point. Then I was called back. Well at this office when your getting your blood drawn you can see into the lobby. I was having paperwork problems and I feel someone's eyes on me. So I look up. It's that thirty years old. He is hunched over staring at me. I don't think I will ever forget his eyes. He reminded me of Ted Bundy. Then he kept staring at me. After a few minutes I asked the employee if I could stay in the back until my boyfriend could pick me up. I explained this guy is staring at me. She kinda curiously walked over to where she could peak outside to see him. As soon as she saw him she immediately ran to the lobby. She began to yell and scold the man. She made him move seats so he couldn't see me. Honestly this woman was also scared for me. She let me hide in this back room until my boyfriend was in the lobby. By that time the man had left. I don't think I've ever looked at someone before and thought " He wants to hurt me". Honestly I'm too scared to ever go there again. I waited a few weeks to even write this review. I know as woman we want to protect each other but I will always be thankful I told her. That she was there. And that she saw his eyes.

Amazing staff, I have been going here since forever! This place is a great and welcoming place, the Phlebotomy technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The whole world has moved on even the CDC but these guys still ENFORCE wearing a mask. Go to another phlebotomy place.

Nightmare of a visit. Bad communication skills, awful waiting room. Multiple people came in with drop offs and were not told they had to make an appointment so had to wait just to drop off a sample. Also other people kept coming in without masks, Quest was requires them and was very rude and did not have masks to provide. Avoid avoid avoid.

I want to thank the lady that helped me "Yohona "She was the absolute best! I would not been able to do 9 tubes without her Patience and encouragement thank you so much for helping me through this.

I went there because my doctors office has been overwhelmed so I had the blood work written to quest thinking it would be faster. I get there the first time going on my lunch hour and when they get to me they tell me I have to have an appointment. I get it my blunder. Nbd. Next I schedule an appointment that takes 3 weeks to get. I get there the day of and they finally call me up half an hour after my appointment time on my lunch break and then tell me I was supposed to print the order paperwork out on my own and they won't accept a fax. Can I pay them $5 for ink and paper, no. So no I have just wasted 2 lunches one month and am now late to work and going to be in trouble because they didn't tell me the first time. I will tell my doctor I am going to have to wait however long for an appointment at my normal lab because I have never had such an experience. I would rather take a vacation day and just wait in the lab until there is time.

A very nice caring women, took my blood and I felt no pain, and I told her I have headache for not drinking enough water then she gave me two bottles. The five star is for her!

They are quick to work, have excellent experience, and treat patients with the utmost professionalism and respect

Great! Had a bunch of blood drawn for pregnancy testing stuff done here. My doctor’s office sent in what tests I needed. All I had to do was book the appointment online at quest website. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Was fast and stress free!
