Samuel and Fernando were so polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They assessed the problem from all rooms and areas in and around our. Laundry room where the leak occurred, and reported all of their findings to us. They set up a fan and dehumidifier, and removed some sub-floor insulation to take care of drying out the floor completely. They set up a followup appointment so that everything would be checked in 3 days. Samuel helped us understand the whole process, and he was very professional and kind to us. Quick Dry came through quickly in my time of need! I discovered a leak in my pantry, and they sent an experienced, professional, courteous technician right away. Jeremy Miller was amazing! He walked me through the entire process and was kind and conscientious of my son's special health needs. I would absolutely recommend and use them again in any other emergency.

We had a leak that caused water damage and got in touch with Quick-Dry through a recommendation from our plumber. They were very responsive and very supportive. We spoke on the phone with Dave and he walked us through the process. He also gave guidance on what to expect from the insurance process, which was great, because we hadn't dealt with that before. The technician, Samuel, installed the humidifiers and he was super helpful and professional in explaining everything. The next day, another technician, Angel, came to finish up and pick up the equipment. He also was super friendly and professional. Quick-Dry also coordinated the scheduling of a demo crew and a contractor to rebuild. They interact directly with the insurance company, so it's super easy. All in all, we've had a great experience and we would call them again if needed.

Robert was very informative and knowledgeable in explaining the processes in restoring, work needed, time, and other information which ease my mind.

Robert came right when we needed on Saturday night to begin the process of drying our home after a major mainline backup in the house we just moved into caused extensive water damage in multiple rooms. He was transparent, thorough, efficient, and took extra time to explain what to expect in the coming days and weeks as we begin to remedy this absolute nightmare of a situation. 10/10 would hire again. I have a leaking coming from the toilet on the master bathroom on the roof of my living room.
They came fast and gave me an estimate starting next day.
Unfortunately it didn’t dry as fast as we expected after 4 days because the tile wasn’t removed.
They proceed to remove the tile and after another 4 days.of annoying noise it was dry.
They were really understandable about my concerns and how expensive it was becoming after more days added and worked with me.
Good reliable people.
Also they were careful when they have to move furniture and the toilet and tile.
The technicians were really nice and polite: Jeremy, Angel, Sergio and Jose.
