I was greeted with a nice smile and great customer service by an employee name karmina she was really nice and had me sold on a 50% off deal she was so nice so I said why not.

Gio has Great customer service! Super nice! Always come to this location even though I live in Desert Hot Springs!

This Quick Quack at Sinatra and 111 is by far the best of the local bunch. I’m always greeted immediately and with a smile and they all go out of their way for every customer. Morgan is terrific! She’s polite, pleasant and always energetically helping customers. 6 stars all around!

I have been to quite a few Quick Quack locations and I was very pleased with the way this one was maintained. Also, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Viola is always so warm and friendly. She greets me with a smile and is a wonderful asset to Quick Quack. Definitely a 10/10

Robert at the Rancho Mirage store is management material. He wiped my car down while I vacuumed which is a big help to a disabled senior. The service at this location is impeccable and the vacuum system is the strongest I’ve seen! Gio was very helpful and enthusiastic about Quick Quack.

Not my usual Quick Quack but this was fantastic. Great and friendly staff! Clean vacuum area and lots of rags available for use.

DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously. They have awful customer service and will steal your money when you cannot even use their services. Shortly after I moved here and got a membership my car was rear ended and due to a continued parts shortage the duration of pairs is extended. I've been in a rental for almost a month and I swung by when my rental was super duty. I was told I couldn't use the wash nor could I pause my membership. So I said just cancel. They have now charged me for TWO MONTHS! I tried to contact customer service and they didn't even read the inquiry I sent them telling me I could "Continue to use the wash" and will not be charged any further. Seriously? Your own policy prevents me from using the wash and you still think it is right to charge someone? I was paying for the highest premium tier because I like keeping my car clean.

Seriously. Just don't go here. It doesn't even get your car that clean anyway.

As you can see from the response they continue to blame me, even though I went to the location and asked questions. Be advised, they do not hold their employees accountable for their knowledge but hold us, the customer, and only us accountable. I even recognize that it's tied to a license plate, which is why I asked to pause. I was not told to contact customer service. In fact, the man told me that my card had been declined anyway which I thought was strange and said "so you're probably already cancelled". Any company that doesn't see when a customer signed up for your product then later doesn't even read between the lines of "he was new to town and rear ended" and can't cut you a break. Yeah. You should should seriously consider giving them your business.
