Don’t bother contacting them if one of their trucks throws a rock at your windshield. I was traveling 15 south in Corona on my way home from work and multiple rocks from truck bed hit my windshield. I immediately took a photo of the truck and the license plate. I called the company and spoke with there dispatch manager. She got my information, my car make and model, and I emailed her the photos of the truck. After going back and forth with her for almost a month, she tells me last week that the windshield company will contact me regarding the replacement of my windshield on my car. Almost every time I tried to speak with her about the status the receptionist would tell me that she is in a “meeting” and will get back to me, of course I never got a call back from her. I finally got ahold of her today. She tells me today that it was a “road hazard” and that there is no way their truck had rocks in it if they were traveling on the 15 south. Also, she said that I most likely won’t get the windshield replaced because it was a road hazard, even though I witnessed the rocks come out of the bed of one of their trucks. Now I have to purchase a new windshield for my car when it wasn’t even my fault or a “road hazard”.
