21 MONEY SCAM! I hate giving bad reviews but I want people to be aware of this place. I took my car there for an oil change and a tire rotation. They gave me a little bit higher price than usual. I thought that was okay. When I went back to take the car, they said the rear brakes are COMPLETELY GONE. I freaked out. Asked for a price. They said everything included $450 (they also said they are giving me a discount.) I then took my car to another place to check the brakes. The place said there is absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes. They even took photos and explained how the brakes are still working perfectly.
It is unacceptable for Qwik Auto Center to SCAM people like this. I am so glad I didn't pay that money.
Oh, and they completely ruined the alignment and when I took it back to fix it, they took me for a ride to show everything is fine. I am 100% sure the person hold the wheel when driving because when I am driving the wheel turns to the right and I have to take it somewhere else.
NEVER AGAIN!
