I highly recommend Rachel. I’ve seen a lot of massage therapists over the years and she’s one of the best! She’s very attuned and is listens well - to you and your body. She is clearly driven to do excellent work and it shows.

She’s also very friendly and easy to schedule with.

Rachel is thorough, thoughtful, and very warm. She takes time to listen to you, and to your body to best assist with releasing tension, and bringing about a sense of relaxation and restoration! Each session with her is customized to your bodies specific need (at that time). She adjusts her pressure according to what your preference is. And even gives recommendations on stretches that can help/support you on your own time. Rachel is one of the better masseuse I’ve worked with over the years, and I’d highly recommend her to be your Massage Therapist.

I’ve seen Rachel a bunch of times and there are reasons I keep coming back. Many massage therapists say they do deep tissue work but aren’t really good at it. Rachel isn’t one of those. I need super deep pressure and Rachel can deliver. She has great knowledge of how the muscles connect and can really work those painful, tight places and give me the relief I need. I get headaches from neck and shoulder tension. She knows exactly what to do to get the release and help to get rid of tem. She also listens to what I ask and actually follows instruction well. Some therapists ask what I want but don’t bother to execute it. They just follow their own script. So, thanks Rachel! I appreciate your skills and dedication. I’ll keep coming back!
