R-Computers is the only place I'll take my PC when it needs work. The technicians there are prompt, knowledgeable, and honest.

The people that work at R Computer were so helpful. Probably did more than I thought they should. If I should have another computer problems, I would go back.

I had a virus on my work computer. I called R Computers and Stephen told me to take it in right away.
I did so. I picked up the computer the next day and it wokred fine.
Thank you Stephen and r computers for the timely service.
My computer is an essential prt of my job funcion.

Stephen did a great job adding another hard drive to my computer and even took care of some glitches after I had the computer back home. I have been a customer of RComputer for many years and would recommend them to any one.

Our laptop was frozen by hackers. They wanted us to call a number so they could help us recover.being sceptical we contacted R- Computer, where we have been customers for almost 20 yrs. Stephen fixed us up and solved the problem in 2 days. It was nice to know someone has our back from hackers. Thanks Stephen!

My computer needs were two-fold: My office system was 12 years old and needed to be replaced/updated, and I had a lap top unit from a former employee that had a password lock to access, that was not known. Stephen Haitch helped with both situations, including spending a generous amount of time in my office to assure all hardware was operating properly and that transfer of all software and files was thorough. Couldn't have done any of the solutions with him.

First off, my friend's company has been using R-COMPUTER for over 20 years and THEY ARE AWESOME! In particular, Stephen is not only professional, kind and patient-HE IS SO TOTALLY SMART! He helped me for over 2 to 3 hours and that was on 1 question I had! This company is great and I recommend STEPHEN-HE KNOWS HE STUFF AND HE IS SO PATIENT!

And they don't overcharge you!

Please forgive some background. I purchased a custom desktop from R Computer seven years ago. After some initial problems, due to a processor, nothing that R Computer built, this computer has performed INCREDIBLY. After replacing laptops every couple of years I consider this one of the best purchases I've EVER MADE. Basically no problems other than an issue with Office licensing which again, was no fault of R Comp. They helped me with it anyway as they did when I finally switched to Windows 10, free of charge. Recently I had a problem which turned out to be my fault but Steven, who it turns out actually built my computer, ran a diagnostic, again free of charge due to the fact that R Comp built the unit. Though the unit still performs basically flawlessly, I had Steven do a tune up, partially because I had been thinking about it anyway and because I felt guilty for wasting their time. I cannot say enough good things about Steven and R Computer in a time when most firms seem to want to charge more and deliver less. EXCELLENCE SHOULD BE REWARDED

I have done business with R-Computer for our family's personal computers for many years. They are knowledgeable and efficient. Most recently, Stephen brought my HP laptop "back from the dead" which I very much appreciated. I definitely recommend R-Computer.

I have been using R-Computer for over 10 years and they have been very helpful with my computer needs (I'm not a techie). Stephen ran an analysis my computer when I had a blue screen. The issue was resolved quickly and at a minor cost. Much thanks.

I have been using the service from R computer for more than five years.
They have been very helpful with my computer issues.
My last visit was with Stephen who assisted me with my problem on the phone.
He was very clear in explaining issues and not using words I didn’t understand.
Yes, he did fix my computer problems.
If I have any problems or questions about my computer, I will ask for Stephen.

The tune-up of our Desktop HP went well and in a timely fashion. Stephen was very professional in describing what he was going to do, and how long would take. Now I need to schedule my laptop for its tune-up! R-Computer has been our go to computer vendor and supplier for over 10 years. I highly recommend them.

We're long-term (30+ years) R-Computer customers, both for new IT equipment as well as service and repair. Stephen recently sourced and changed out a defective new laptop battery that I purchased from another vendor; I should have just let him handle the entire process! Thanks R-Computer for many years of excellent service!

I had been hacked and another store decided to wipe my computer clean. So much seemed lost. I brought it in to Stephen and he not only cleared out the hacker, but found some files and taught me how to never fall victim again. This happened in September and I have had no troubles since. So grateful!
