I've purchased from them multiple times. I have discovered though that everything is great. Good work, fast shipping etc.until there is a problem and no matter how many photos or conversations I share with them that ultimately they do not stand behind their work. Whatever they send is yours. Good or bad. It's just a run around till you give up. (Item in question was fresh out of the undamaged shipping box) not installed.

Found this business online and ordered a beautiful chrome wheel for my Harley Davidson. Was a bundle package with rotors, hardware and tire. Response and delivery was fast. Wheel was a perfect fit and looks great! Will definitely do business with RR Cycles again.

Purchased a wheel directly from this company after seeing it on ebay.as im a very popular shop, i was hoping to start a good business relationship and do more business.upon receiving the wheel i noticed damage to the lip where they mounted the tire.i immediately contacted them back, as i didnt want to be later responsible if they customer later saw it.i sent them clear pictures of the damage, they acknowledged the damges.and their response first was for me to "touch it up possibly and NOT tell the customer about it" i literally laughed and told them that is NOt how i oppoerate my business.i asked what they could do the right the wrong, and they said they would get back to me.a couple weeks have gone by and i had to be the one that chased them down, only for them to offer me touch up paint again or $50 refund, as they have now pumped their price up over $700, and felt that it was not going to be noticeable.they get this review due to their lack or morals.their product may be identical looking to the oem 19" but their customer service warrants 2 stars.they rather send a return label and have them pay the $100 dollars for shipping, than give that to the customer, because as they stated " they could turn around and sell this wheel as-is for more than we originally purchased it for" SMH

Based on their other poor reviews sense mine, we can see who the common denominator is.smh.to even insinuate that we were looking for a discount to pocket it.while we are a booming 5 star shop.and they are a small garage type operation ordering wheels from china.stay in your lane is the advice I'd give them.we ended up re powder coating the wheels a custom color for the customer a few months later and the bike has won 3 1st place shows since lol

I ordered a 21 inch front wheel/tire set up from these guys and was very happy. I received the package a few days ahead of schedule and it was packed very well. The best part, it was nicer than the pictures in the ad. Flawless. Extremely happy with these guys and would recommend to anyone that wants to beef up their Harley. 5 STARS!

I purchased two chrome plated rims two tires and three polished rotors for a 2014 Street Glide.when I received the parts over the winter months I put the bike together it is now end of April 2023 I live in New England ride season has started so was excited to take the bike out. The minute I drove it I new something was wrong. When I applied the front brakes it has a pretty bad brake pulsation right way I knew the rotors are bad. So I call Rick at RR Cycle Chrome Plating, told him my situation right way he asked if they were installed properly. I informed him yes they were I'm an automotive technician with a little over 34 years experience. I then informed him I have the factory service manual rotors bolts are lock tighted and torqued in sequence to factory spec. His reply was he sells tons of rotors and never had this problem. He asked me to send him pictures of the brake wear pattern. So I did which you could clearly see they were not running true. So a week goes by didn't hear back from him. Call again talked to Rick he didn't even remember our conversation, Explain the whole story to him again first words out of his mouth was I sell tons of rotors and never had anyone complain about out of round rotors. Then explained to him that in the automotive industry it happens I've received brand new rotors right out of box out of round. Find it hard to believe if you sell tons of rotor that this man never had a bad one. Bottom line is the guy don't stand behind what he sells. It's frustrating after spending over $3,000.00 with this company and now have to buy another set of front rotors. Beware doing business with RR Cycle Chrome plating he will not make good if you receive bad parts from his company.
