Rabalais' Bistro reviews
18The bread of my po boy with spicy shrimp was great. Second best next to being in New Orleans.
Can't say enough about this place. Easily the best food in Santa Paula.
All the food is phenomenal. Highly recommend getting some dessert and/or coffee as well. Great service and love the atmosphere. Don't change a thing.
The vibe of the restaurant and our server was great! The food and drinks were delicious! It was my first time going there and I'll definitely be back!
Wonderful food (beignets made after you order so fresh and warm. Great staff. Hours vary by day so I suggest you check first. Highly recommend.
Santa Paula downtown is a great place to do walkabout and Rabalais' is a great place to stop and have some good food with outdoor seating and fun service.
My wife and I made the long drive to Rabalais Bistro for her birthday dinner yesterday and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. Our server, Reina, was awesome. The bar manager made a personalized drink for my birthday beauty. In my wife's words, "it was one the best drinks she's ever had. "
Great idea for downtown Santa Paula. Love the Louisiana chic and our Batista was the nicest patient guy
Been here a few times before, it's actually near my work and their beignets are my favorite! Service was kind of slow. It wasn't a busy time when we went and the server just took a long time to come take our order and we waited a while to get our check too but it's understandable, they didn't have a lot of servers working. All in all, pretty pleasant experience. And yes, their beignets are the best in town!
A unique experience. Nice atmosphere but it was a little loud inside. The food was good and service was great.
Very good shrimp and grits. Sadly they were out of soft shell crab so no crab Benedict this time
This is one of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of going to. Food is always consistent "excellent" and customer service is outstanding.
Thank you to everyone that makes this place possible
Very friendly staff, unbelievably delicious cookies and wonderful food. I will absolutely be back, time and time again.
Nice place for either a lunch or dinner. Service was really good and our waiter Zack was so nice and took care of us.
We stopped by for a quick dessert on our way to Chumash casino. We were helped by A very polite waitress! The desserts were amazing as always! Definitely look forward to our next return on our way through Santa Paula!
The food here is so good. It's not completely authentic but it is all very good. I really like the red neck breakfast and the pulled pork Benedict. The benegits are so good just covered in powder sugar. The coffee is really good and they have a really good coffee bar inside. It's great to just sit on the patio and just enjoy life.
I went here for a quick lunch, yesterday. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich & coffee. My server, Justine, a tall, pretty, slim & friendly young girl, was very helpful!
I got there literally 5 minutes before they switched from the breakfast menu (which is cheaper) to the lunch menu. Justine offered to let me order from the breakfast menu, all the same. She asked how my food was while I was eating and brought me THREE different varieties of hot sauce when I asked for it.
She then suggested dessert, chose a small chocolate cupcake, and brought it to me. Her great service couldn't rescue the overcooked and tough chicken. The bread was delicious, though, and so was the coffee.
Apparently, everyone in Santa Paula loves this restaurant. I'm in Thousand Oaks so it's a bit distant for me but I will return when I can.
Just a quick stop for a dessert and a coffee, but this place is divine. It has a full menu and cocktail bar! This was our first time but we will be back.
