Race Communications

Over two months without internet or phone! Race keeps sending the wrong crew to my house even though the last crew reports to Race what needs to happen to fix the fiber line. 3 major outages in 2 years. Race isn't worth the extra costs I've had over these past two months. Renting an office space just for internet, added phone data for multiple people, not being able to connect with loved ones. Grandma really misses Facetimes with her grandchild. Unacceptable RACE.

Communication is great. The people are positive, happy and kind.

I love Race. I work from home, so internet is priority. I have had zero problems. As long as I have electricity, I have internet. Even when the generator kicks on, the internet starts working with no problems.

When they were in my neighborhood installing things, they cut a cable from a power line and just left it hanging in our yard for a couple weeks. We had to call them to clean up their mess. Today, they strolled into our back yard without permission and had zero regard for our objections to that when we called. It’s not illegal for them to do so, and they apparently don’t care if it’s poor practice or upsets people. Definitely won’t ever do business with this company moving forward.

Two weeks without service and I have to keep calling and begging for a service visit, finally got one appt for the following week. That makes a total of three weeks of no service!

After paying $150/month for fiber service for years in Rancho Santa Fe where our community paid for and owns the network, we sold our house and left the ONT optical modem in the house for network and security reasons. Race sent a tech out to set up new service for the new owner, ignored my ONT, charged me and sent me a bill for $185. My alternative was to pack up the ONT with no help or packaging from Race. Rancho Santa Fe is unique in that we paid to build our network, but Race treats us like third tier customers.

My technician Jerammy was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He was also able to work very well with the elderly and with pets.

No negativity here. I'm always amazed at the speeds. Sure, some insignificant minor glitches here and there, however, that is all overshadowed by the terrific speeds, faster than a virtual speeding bullet. Am just so very, very satisfied.

Our new internet service is of higher quality and at a reduced price from our former provider. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. So glad Race Communications came to Sutter!

Race communications has single handedly improved my life. After 2 years of pulling out my hair every evening due to Spectrum's constant buffering and unreliable service, I'm happy to report, my bald spots are filling back in. I know I can go home and trust that my internet is going to work and be lightning fast! All the reps I've dealt with at Race are friendly and helpful as well. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

As a new Race customer, I have been very happy with all aspects of this service (except that I was not told that I could have my modem, etc where I wanted it, but was convinced it should be at a more convenient location for the installer). All personnel I have interfaced with have been great and response time for phone response to my questions prompt and professional.

Race is way better service than I had with spectrum. And I’m saving more money with races service. The customer service is way better too, very nice people to talk with

I've had race for years now and even when the power goes out due to snow storms my internet stay up and is FAST! I just run my generator for power and I can still work from home. Good job bringing Tehachapi into the information age!

Have been a CX of Race for 4 years, speeds are amazing, never lags. I have only had one issue in 4 years and it was resolved quickly and with great Customer Service. Thank you Race!
