Race Tech was great. The initial set up was a little soft for me. I called and spoke with them. They had me bring it in and they got it perfect. This is on my 2019 KTM 350 EXC-F. Previously they setup my 2004 KTM 300EXC.

Great place to get your suspension work also part or tools. Louie is awesome to deal with.

Came to get my forks revalved. They were 4-5 weeks out and I couldn’t wait so I bought the parts and talked to tech support. Louie helped me, he’s friendly, professional and full of knowledge. I’ve been having Race Tech do my suspension since 1986 and I will never go elsewhere. Great service and the best in the business!

Great service from the call with the technician and getting a dialed in setup. To picking up the parts from the shop these guys hooked it up!

My gold valve emulator came out of the box with a loose spring inside. Took it in and within 15 minutes they had the problem fixed.

They do great work and have legit and neat setups at work stations that allows quality work to be done on top of the quality and knowledge of the techs working.

Racetech did a phenomenal job rebuilding my suspension to my needs. It feels better than I expected. I had some issues with my forks due to a previous shop and Sydney the service manager was great, we kept communications on updates by email and mail. I also got a chance to speak with a tech who was great too. Overall I will highly recommend their products and service.

I purchased a spring kit for race tech lowing kit for my 07 KTM 450 exc can you text me. How to installation that kit has gold values in that kit.or how much for you Todo the job.you have done work for me and my friends since 85

This place used to be good but now anymore. I was sent the wrong part and now they are useless at helping me. Say that someone will call me back and it never happens. I have called them about 30 times and no one has ever helped me resolve my issue. TERRIBLE!

Mehhh. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. Service dept is an answering machine.
Email was answered but just provides the same number that is a neverending hold or another answering machine.
I'm going a different direction thanks to the experience. I used to swear by them in the 90s and 2000s.
These days there are far more choices. Once was enough for me.

Went to get a couple parts and Louie helped me out with a part I was having trouble with. Great customer service!
