Used my Bday Rewards this time. Service was great and they gave me a surprise gift as well.

Shady workers tell you that you get a month for 14.99$ and after a month it will NOT continue to charge you. They literally say its only for a month but was continuously charged for the next two months.called customer service, they suck as well and would not refund me the money even though their workers are lying out here to customers about the cost of signing up for a monthly charge. Definitely will never bring my fleet trucks here again. Shady shady shady.

Got my membership last year I'm planning to keep it always good service and awesome staff

I'm frustrated that the website lacks the option to manage my account online, specifically in the membership options section. The absence of a clickable link raises concerns. Had it not been for my curiosity to check my membership account, I wouldn't have discovered this issue. I will be requesting cancellation of my membership through a phone call. Additionally, I've never received receipts or invoices for my monthly payments/ charges, which is also a concern. This location is also not listed on the raceway carwash website drop down menu option for membership cancelation.

This car wash had a “promotion” for a month long car wash for the price of one. They started charging me monthly without my consent after their employee assured me it was a 1-time charge. I even read the for they gave me. They’re charging me beyond what I paid the first time. Giving these people your card number is the wrong way to go! Raceway carwash, call me back!

Please don't wash your car at this car wash. There's something wrong with the water that makes your paint look horrible.
$14 is the lowest to wash.
Other places are $8 and $10.
At this car wash is not even worth it. The young kid that worked there didn't even mention to me that they're vacuum section and to dry off your car was not even open, they had closed it off.
So by the time I drove my car home my paint look horrible from whatever is in their water.

Friendly staff and one pass removed all of the road salt accumulated between Chicago and Phoenix!

Make sure to become a member. It pays for itself, and you can get your car washed everyday if you want to!

There was a miscommunication for spraying the wheels before Car Wash entry later leaving the car not dried and the tires and speaking were not rinse prior to the car wash when met with the manager she was unwilling to hear my take what happened with the instructor who was supposed to help me very unprofessional female and the manager as well. When leaving the premises unsatisfied and unresolved she wouldn't even listen to what I had to say she took a picture of my vehicle banishing me from the place but I had not done nothing wrong and that was my first and last time ever being there so go out your own discretion it's a short tunnel doesn't do a great job it is what it is.

Yes when I left I said some mean things. It was a very belittling experience talking to that manager an unreasonable woman.

Do not use this wash and definitely do not sign up for any monthly membership. I cancelled in person, prior to the recurring charge and I was charged again. They also will sell you a “one time” wash as a membership. Careful. Go somewhere else. Also, there’s always problem at the gate.

Nicked our rim a year or more ago and then broke off our rear wiper arm. We cancelled our membership. Poor customer service. They would rather lose hundreds perhaps thousands over the years for a $73 part. Weird and terrible business practice. Get insurance on your business!

Very poor customer service & to be honest the star would not be selected but I had to just so I can post my review! I was not informed that I was signing up for a monthly charge when the attendant at the car wash offered a one time (For one month @ a discounted price) she NEVER informed that it will be a MONTHLY charge of a higher price. I called to cancel and get a refund and I was informed that they could not issue a refund, which when I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told that they were gonna tell me the same thing that they could not issue a refund, which I know they can or some one higher then them can issue it.

Carmen Ramirez was so helpful about the prices and answered all my questions about membership and the tools they provide. I never seen a carwash with a air duster that helped with the creases in my floor mats. The only bad comment I would say is the railway to enter in the carwash, its so curved and not aligned.

But they're need more careful control machine washing enter railroad. My driver side front and back wheels have so many damages. I complained but they are no responsibility.
Please, have more responsibility for customers.
Also, water spots a lot.

I signed up for a monthly membership on 08/11 for $14 per month. On 09/05, I cancelled my membership and received a paper receipt confirming that my membership had been cancelled. On 09/11, $20 was removed from my account from Raceway. I returned to Racwway where I was told by staff that since I didn’t have a receipt (which I had already discarded), they couldn’t refund me. Do not do business with this company. They are shady and unethical.

I just got a membership with this car wash! They have a good prices, and everyone is pretty helpful… but I was told they are open from 7-8 during summer. I went to wash my car at 6: 35 pm and they said we aren’t kicking you out but we are closing early for deep cleaning. After I went thru the wash there were about 3-5 cars left vacuuming including me, and halfway thru they shut off the vacuums. I asked if they could turn them on for 5 more mins and he just said it’s up manager, I ask for the manager and he said he’s in the office counting money… I don’t understand why they couldn’t have let the rest of us finish up! My gut feeling they just wanted to get out early on a Friday night! Just a bit frustrating for a new customer who was told differently!

I love the towels you get with the membership, and you can also go twice a day if needed! Their vacuums are amazing! Everyone is really friendly there… but just not happy with what happen!

New owners! Well organized method to get your car washed; you're in & out. The staff are helpful & friendly but can assist us getting outside mirrors turned inward. The quality of the wash is good. Vacuums are pretty strong to suck up the dirt on the mats. My monthly membership is worth it & got a free aroma hung in my rear view mirror!
