2 Most unprofessional and uncaring med spa staff I have ever seen! Upon arrival beware of the extreme moodiness of injectors! I had been a client of Radiance Med Spa in La Canada for more than 7 years. There have been alot of changes that have not been beneficial at all.
My last 3 treatments and nearly ruined my appearance forever. Dr. Max does NOT ever go to the La Canada facility to oversee anything at any one of my numerous visits over 7 plus years. And not one employee called except to ask me to remove my truly honest review. I had to find a new Surgeon to fix treatments received at Radiance. Not one employee of Radiance showed any concern whatsoever. I have spent so much money at Radiance over the many years and referred friends and family and now we are all changing to a better more professional Medical Spa/Surgeons office. And there are many to choose from. I certainly do NOT recommend Radiance in La Canada. What I am going through to repair what occurred at Radiance not has only cost me ALOT of money, thousands of dollars, but is very painful and has caused me huge inconveniences and alot of stress. I do not recommend Radiance Med Spa.
Great price and love the staff. I have seen Julie and Gigi for over a decade. Roger always finds me an appointment that fits my schedule. Drive from the Valley to get there even though there are closer locations.
