It is a very good work agency. They always get me a job when I need it, they are kind and respectful.

Honestly one of the most unprofessional agencies I've ever been to, I called ahead if time to pick up my check and they didnt have it.

Update: Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother apply through this horrible agency. In fact, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! This should not even receive a star. In fact, it should be NO STARS! I was not allowed to use the restroom while I was filling out the application, even though it was very close and wide open. They do not want to advance you the pay (for at least to buy the correct shoes for the job). I had to work in a container during a heat wave, which was 108 degrees outside, probably around 130 degrees inside. To make matters worse, even though water was permitted, I was not allowed to drink Gatorade, any sports drink or any electrolyte. I worked at a distribution center for three days, wearing rain boots because I didn't have the appropriate work boots until the supervisor at the site told me that I can't have those boots. I had told the agency to provide me with the correct shoes or advance me the pay. The agency told me that they don't provide the shoes, nor they do not advance the pay. I was told by the agency it was my responsibility to have my own work boots. I was forced to get replaced since I had no money to buy the correct boots for the job. I had to resubmit my resume via email for an admin position for them to tell me that I do not meet the requirements. They don't have the check ready on the day they were supposed to be paying their workers. They won't have the pay until Monday and I told them that I need the money. They acted with deaf ears and ignored my pleads. Their staff are bunch of clueless zombies or robots with no human consideration whatsoever. Unless if you don't mind being treated like a useless piece of trash by these people, do not apply at this.agency, and I say it in capital words. DO NOT APPLY AT THIS AGENCY AND STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! It's not worth losing your sanity, safety, health or life over this thing.
Previous post: Waited for hours to get help. They were helpful. What got this unacceptable rating was for the fact that I had to use the restroom and they would not let me. After the interview, I asked the interviewer if I can use the restroom, they told me, sorry we don't have public restroom, even though it was a very short distance. I asked them if I can fill the forms outside for the purpose of finding a place to use the restroom and they wouldn't let me. After three hours of holding on-which seemed eternal-I went to Superior to use the restroom. If you are coming to this office to fill out an employment application, make sure you use the restroom beforehand. Filling out forms and having to wait and holding it in is not a very comfortable experience.
