Radisson Hotel Oakland Airport

For a big chain of hotels like Radisson, the service was not up to the mark. WiFi was very bad. In fact in the two days we never got any internet connection. Also the foul gas trap system in the washroom was not proper. Foul smell was present in the bathroom. Hope this was a one off experience.

It is not a hotel, it is a motel. Noise bikers here, yelling and drunk all the night. Front desk provided no help. No internet, but did not tell during check in. Find it out after repeat failing to log in. Rude front desk. It is worse than a MOTEL.

Decent room all around. Nicely gated with security, felt safe for the area. Rooms were quiet and clean enough and beds were comfortable.

Wasn't bad quiet a little rough just not sanitary for me room service dropped a sheet on the ground outside and put it back on her cart with the clean sheets I feel like that is very disgusting

Front office staff awesome. The room had a non working TV, missing amenities and just a dirty. Had to take pictures didn't think people believe me.

Old, dark, and smelly room. That’s the first impression. They don’t leave AC on nor opening the curtain so the room smells bad with darkness. The lobby looks inviting and clean. However, the room buildings are Motel 6 style hiding in the back. Although it’s walking distance to Bart station but definitely not recommended for walking there.

We've decided that in California, a $200 room is pretty much the basic and bottom of greatness. That being said, the staff was exceptionally nice here, and the room was very clean. Very basic, no problem with that whatsoever the bathroom had a bathtub that looked like it had not been changed in many years. There were what looked like cigarette burns along the edge, like back in the day when people used to smoke in the tub. It was not a problem for me because it was a clean room with a very comfortable bed but it was a little older. Plus, just the fact that it $200 a night is basic just shows the condition of our times.

Leticia is wonderful. She was very patient and thorough helping me. Even as a Bronco fan, I feel she makes Oakland a wonderful place!

We were not settled in the hotel according to the confirmed booking, because some kind of card was not like that.
The receptionist was terribly rude and refused to help.
They offered to pay in cash - they also refused. I could not provide any confirmation of the refusal, I simply refused in a rude manner.
I am terribly outraged because my consumer rights have been violated.

Unacceptable for an international hotel.
By the way, the manager or someone with a higher position was not in place. That is, the employee single-handedly made a decision and kicked us out

Rooms were ok. Otherwise absolutely not recommended. Very strange area and hotel rather motel. We had very strange people outside the door at 1 a.m, it was very scary. We were glad when we could go again the next morning.
Definitely wouldn't go there again. Never stayed in such a bad area that you had to be scared even in the hotel/motel.

The worst experience ever. I felt unsafe the whole night. There was a broken down car that looked like some one was living in it right outside my door. Felt so unsafe I jamed the loveseat between door and dresser. Smelled the cigarette smoke come I. My room from 4 doors down.
Stay way you have been warned.

Don't go to this "hotel". The Radisson is more like a motel than a hotel. Inside it looks quite good, but the bathroom is getting quite old. The walls have zero insulation so you can hear everything. In addition, it pulled through properly in our room. Despite full reception, the wifi only worked in the lobby.

And now the worst: the location!

It's very criminal in this area. I wouldn't leave the hotel in the dark. Despite security in the hotel and in the parking lot, motorcycle gangs romp around in the parking lot and you can hear a lot of police at night. The other guests also seemed to fit into the clientele. Read the other reviews and don't go here!

This Hotel is in the middle of Oakland by the Coliseum. It is a great central place to stay. The staff are amazing. The hotel was clean and up to date! We enjoyed our stay and felt safe and comfortable! Thank you to everyone there! You all are amazing

Located right off the freeway. Parking is free here with a 24-hour security guard. The bed was comfortable, and the restroom was clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They gave me the room I requested.

The only thing that needs to be fixed is, the door of my room lets the cold air get thru the cracks.

My room was very clean I love the new renovation the front desk staff definitely awesome and housekeeping keeps up on everything the area is great this was my first time here for a stay I am in town for a visit and definitely will be using the Radisson again in the future

No continental breakfast. No coffee. Coffee machine in room broken. Terrible water pressure in shower. Rooms are decent.
