Radisson Hotel Sunnyvale - Silicon Valley

Nice renovated & spacious room looking into courtyard. My only complaint is the hairdryer is pretty weak & useless. There is good amount of seating in the lobby.

Amazing value for the price and the staff is outstanding. We were able to walk home from Levi Stadium.

I really enjoyed staying with Radisson. I've stayed in different big brand hotels in the south bay area in the past and Radisson is by far my favorite one. The hotel has strived to make every little details perfect, like really comfy working table, armchair, side table. I even asked the front desk the model of the side table and armchair because I want to buy one at home. Only complaint is the room is not super noise proof which could have been better.

The MANAGER IS RUDE wit a smart mouth EVERYBODY in the BUILDING WAS RACIST AND WE WER DISCRIMINATED cause we was black and called police calling the Reservation Fraud All Because My name was Change And i Dont Go by my First because of situations like dis. BLACK PEOPLE DONT STAY HERE U IS GON BE LOOKED AT FUNNY AND JUDGED.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean rooms and excellent customer service. We were there for a concert at Levi Stadium, they had a stack of printed directions/maps on different ways to get there so we didnt have to pay $50 for parking at the stadium. Breakfast was great, eggs were a bit bland for my taste but their spread was plentiful. Good job, well done.

Worst hotel. AC does not work in rooms. Manager is rude and will not talk to you ever properly.

Booked a day pass for your pool and when I arrived there were NO longe chairs at all and a few scattered basic chairs. I asked the front desk about this since I wanted to lay out for a tan. No luck, they couldn’t be bothered. Ended up wasting money and leaving. They shouldn’t advertise day passes if you have no pool chairs

One of the best stays I ever experienced in US. April and Ed at the front desk were so sweet to greet us with warmth that too late at night. Rooms are clean, breakfast was on point.

Avoid this hotel. The surrounding was noisy. The service was inconsistent; some of my things were thrown out and I didn't realize it until the day of checkout. The aircon was very noisy. The lift was noisy, and kept banging at night.

Check your bed before going to sleep! We changed two rooms and they didn’t change it after previous clients! Hairs and crumbs all over.
Although the women at the desk was very helpful and we had to change the bed together with her, cause it was around 10 pm.

They want 150 security dep, which is high. Small pool, No jacuzzi, small weight room and kids allowed to run amuk in there.

Check in was easy and fast. Prices was average and the rooms were pretty big. Just beware there's a $150 security deposit. We didn't get to try to the pool or gym but the gym is open 24hr so that's good. Are room was clean and roomy. They had a fridge and microwave. The bed felt good and bathroom was ok. There was only a few things I dislike. The ac in room is loud and since the floor is hard we can faintly hear foot steps from people above us. No free breakfast. But are stay here was good and the location is good close to the amusement park and 49ers stadium. We'll stay here again if we're in San Jose.

We stayed here for the boys waterpolo junior Olympics last weekend and it was wonderful. Rooms were very clean, hotel was nice, grounds were well kept and hotel staff were welcoming and professional. I think the breakfast buffet was a bit steep for the quality of the food (cold) but I got my coffee and that was pretty tasty!

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Toiletries provided, with enough towels for the stay. Fast and easy check in, as well as contactless checkout. Overall a good stay.
