Raeid was recommended by a close friend of mine who had worked as a realtor with Raeid when he started and went with him when he opened his office. When I explained to her that I thinking of selling she recommended I talk with Raeid. When I expressed my concerns and my ‘wants’ to her she said Raeid was the realtor I wanted. After meeting with Raeid and deciding to proceed he scheduled all inspections and arranged for needed repairs. In a short period of time we were ready to list the house. There were multipe offers the first weekend, one was accepted and we were in Escrow by the middle of the week. Raeid knows the market and how to accomplish all aspects of the sale. Needless to say Raeid fulfilled my expectations, and should I need a realtor’s services in the future I will use Raeid.

He tells you what he thinks about the project based on his experience of 25 years in the real estate business.
