Rafael Florist came to my rescue! I live in San Diego and wanted my elderly Aunt to get a surprise on her birthday in Greenbrae. I messed up on the online order and was juggling multiple things at once. The staff called me and we emailed until it was all fixed! I really appreciate them taking the time and care to get back to me so quickly. My Aunt loved the giraffe pot and succulent! It was perfect because it had to be small to fit in the skilled nursing facility room. It was cheerful and perfect! I highly recommend Rafael Florist! Thank you.

Ordered online to send to a celebration of life service. I entered an incorrect delivery time on the form and followed up with an email. The flowers were delivered well in advance of the gathering and the recipient said the arrangement was beautiful. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the delivery service.
