Ragin' records reviews
12Holy hell! The largest selection of punk/hardcore I’ve ever seen. Great selection and decent prices.
Awesome record store with a great selection. I skip the more local one and drive 40 minutes to this one knowing I’ll always find something. There is an employee there that will always see what I’m holding and recommend a similar band. Thanks so much for great customer service!
Walking through the doorway of this record shop is like entering a portal to a different time, one where you could still tell a lot about a person by what they liked - only now there’s no space taken up by promos from the local corporate record chain Great selection, excellent and accurate pricing; people working and shopping there who actually care about music. One of the last true record stores in my opinion.
The greatest owner ever great prices great prices with trading in records and the customer service is what it should be for everyone. Mom and pop type of store feel. This place is a little piece of heaven.
I've been here a couple time, the music selection is great for punk, indie, and rap vinyls. They're normally priced and the owners are kind.
Nice selection the staff were all chill. And the music they were playing was cool. They had some really good air conditioning I don't know what they were doing but it kind of felt like being the beach. All the records have already been clean, and they even gave us a non priced buddy Holly story for free.
Great selection and the store us only expanding. This is a great place. Found just about everything I was looking for and some selections I wasn't expecting to find. Will definitely be going back.
Definitely one of my favorite record stores of all time.they have a wonderful selection, nice staff, and a considerable collection! I love shopping local
Entering the shop you are faced with a multitude of bins filled with new arrivals. I normally head straight for the jazz and experimental, but dig the new arrivals, and you’ll come across some unusual finds and great reissues. The wall contains rare vinyl, original pressings, and choice LPs for anyone’s taste.
While there's a ton of punk, indie, and rock and roll, they also supply a great selection of hip-hop, jazz, ska, experimental, and electronic gems. There are both used and new releases in store. So far from what I've seen their stock is always superclean and fairly priced.
Some of my personal finds here have been Paul Bley on Inner City Records (1958), Terry Riley’s Cadenza on the Night Plain (1985), Alice Coltrane's Radha-Krsna Nama Sankirtana (1977) and various other experimental records from the likes of Brian Eno, Ornette Coleman, and George Crumb.
This is a very cool place to catch the occasional pop-up deejay spinning 45s, live music on the back patio, record swaps, and a great shop to pick up a gift for the vinyl enthusiast who has everything. They also have great merch designed by locals, skate and street culture items, collectibles, and more.
Amazing store with amazing staff with a good selection of records and some cool collectible ones as well!
