Ragle Ranch Park reviews
19Great and friendly place to walk around with friends and incredibly dog friendly! Great year round park. There is also a great playground with a good kids area and a bigger structure too and soccer field that is fun to play on. Great dog park too! All around amazing place!
Great park, lots of kids that want to run out into traffic. So other than the mild heart attacks driving in and out it's a great place
Great place for many activities!
Wonderful area's to walk your dog. Play numerous sports, area's for walking, jogging. Many trails going every direction. Plus my favorite is the quiet, remote area's for meditation!
One fall back is parking further from key locations and the lack of parking. And the restrooms are not close, nor are there many.
Lots of nice trails east of the parking area. Fields, brooks, woods. Lots of wildlife too.
Nice park with lots of walking and riding trails. Plenty of space for soccer games. Tennis courts etc.
Ragle is a sweet little park with an impressive number of amenities for outdoor activities: playgrounds, picnic tables, volley ball courts and sports fields, and hiking/biking/ horseback riding trails. There's also a dog park, a peace labyrinth, and a veteran's memorial.
Although the trails are fairly short - a combined loop is typically less than 2 miles - the scenery is lovely and the footing for horseback riding and hiking is very good in the dry season. There's dedicated roadside parking for horse trailers.
Most people who use the park are chill and their dogs are well-behaved. It can be very muddy in the winter, so the trails are best avoided during the wet season.
Although not large enough to be a destination park, it's a true local gem.
I'm sure this is a nice park 363 days a year. Gravenstein Apple fair was WAY too crowded! Comatose Bros were great!
The Gravenstein Apple festival at Ragle is my favorite of the summer festivals. It's dedicated to everything "Gravenstein, " which is a local favorite and is the first apple of the season. Pies to fritters to cider to.well use your imagination. GREAT for kids as there are farm animals and old farm equipment, including old gas motors. LOTS of food choices as well as arts and crafts and music. It can get HOT, so plan accordingly. FUN!
Great walking loop for dogs (on leash) with lots of shade and blackberry bushes. Really nice dog park adjacent to the trail.
Small off leash area, very active park with a decent ammount of trails. Mostly friendly people, but a few judgemental, self righteous, ones wander around spoiling the atmosphere.
Love that they have a dog park where I can bring my puppy and older dog to run around and relax respectively. I especially like that the park is long enough or rather big enough to keep dogs away from other dogs if needed, helps a lot with training my younger dog.
Clean. Garbage cans provided.ladies and men's room across from the gazebo we rented. It was well suited to place our memorial pictures and have our catered lunch with all the clean picnic tables for us. It was a lovely send off and a beautiful day.
Family friendly with a nice fenced in dog park. They have bathrooms near the dog park and portable ones near the drive in entrance. Lots of benches to rest at and enjoy an amazing view!
Great park on the western edge of Sebastopol with picnic areas, multiple kids jungle gym facilities, dog park, tennis courts, quiet hiking trails, big open fields for soccer, baseball/softball diamond, volleyball court. Plenty of parking and a mix of portable toilets and permanent flush toilets. Always clean and safe.
Was perfect for the baby shower we held there for my daughter and her husband. Also, I had my service dogs with me and there is a dog park where they were able to run off leash and just be dogs. Perfect park for whatever your needs, all family inclusive.
Classic regional park home to some beautiful scenery and about 40 mins worth of beginner/intermediate trails for bikes and hiking.
Love this park! It's good for mountain bike riding, street riding, soccer, baseball, volleyball, tennis, jogging. Tokenable in the back 40.etc etc. Great resource. Oh don't forget about the awesome dog park and the duck pond.:)
Great trails, variety and nice people. Dog park is also nice, pretty clean, and 99% of folks there are friendly and civil.
Best used park in the area. Dog park is well done, trails throughout park are wonderful. Soccer fields, picnic tables, gazebos, plenty of room that offers respite in many different ways.
