I had gotten my small Honda Fit into a accident with a giant GMC truck. Honda Fits are like tin cans so it had crumpled and caused internal and external damage to my car. Thankfully it wasn't in the front of my car and just the corner but the damages were enough to total my car. I don't remember ho we talked to but he was super nice and professional about the whole situation. He seemed genuinely sorry for me as that was my only car at the time and made the whole process of totaling my car super easy.

This place is top notch for customer service! John, the owner, was very professional and friendly. They got my car fixed in a timely manner and WOW, I was very pleased with the outcome. My car looks brand new again! They even went above and beyond and wired some hanging wires to a dash cam I had inside of my vehicle, which I had not even mentioned. Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone needing some body work done.

This business establishment was outstanding. Called to setup appointment, given a date to bring my vehicle. I loved working with Rainbow Auto Body! When I hit a deer on my way home from work, I was relieved to know Rainbow came referred from my insurance company and that they were familiar with working on Audis. They were very professional and put me at ease that my car was in good hands. They gave me regular updates as they worked with Santa Barbara Audi to get the parts necessary and took extra care to ensure my powder coated wheels didn’t get ruined. I’d highly recommend them and would use their services again for any future auto body needs.

This place was hands down the best auto body shop I've ever been too! It was recommended by Geico and I'm so glad I trusted their choice. I would've usually chose my own place but didn't have the energy to look around! This place treated me like royalty. I had a nice rental waiting for me and when I returned, my car was ready and looked like a brand new car! Super easy and fast I would recommend this place to anyone! Loved the staff and easiness of it all!

While this was my husband's first car accident in 68 years of life, I've been involved in a few over my 63. We cannot say enough about what an amazing experience we had.

From initial introduction to post job follow-up, John and Brian were factual, straight forward, professional, polite, honest, and consistent. We we treated like family, very comfortable, excellent customer care.

You would never know that our black, classic F150 step side had ever been damaged. Completion of our vehicle was timely and as represented. Vehicle was washed and vacuumed prior to its return.

Forget all the other reviews. Rainbow is #1 in paint and body work in San Luis Obispo.

Great, conscientious group of people who are service oriented! Top notch shop. You will be so overwhelmed by their professionalism that referring them to friends and family who need auto body work will become second nature. And, no, this review is not a "paid hand. " The guys are the real deal. They call you when they represent they will, follow up like they say, and deliver ON TIME. Plus they have Enterprise down the way.
