Ok spot. Rentals by the hour which is plenty of time. We were good after 30min lol. Maybe we'll try it at night but during the day was nice

Said they were sold out when there was multiple available slots on the website. We tried booking but the website was having an issue. We tried multiple times and saw the time slots every time.
We mentioned it to the worker to see if we could just book with him but he argued again they were sold out.

When we tried to show him that they aren’t sold out on the website he refreshed our page which lost our spot. We walked away to try again and after 15 minutes the website finally said Sold Out.

Had a pretty great time, swan boats are pretty dope, pretty, pretty, preettty good.

Very nice in the evening. Be sure to reserve in advance. You should just dry your life jackets.

The check in process is fast and easy. The boats are in good working conditions. The lagoon is huge! It's a fun time paddling and seeing the lagoon. The location is great, being next to the Pike makes it a wonderful place to have a date night or family outing

Took my boyfriend on a date here bc he wouldn’t have brought me bc it’s not his thing, but he ended up really enjoying it. An hour is more than enough time to paddle around the cute lagoon. Good little work out out getting some air. At times we would both sit in the rear bench. Evening was a cool time to do this bc the swan has lights that go on. Only thing is that they should clean the dirt of the boats. Hose them down if they’re too dusty.

To do this activity, you need to make reservations in advance. When we came on a Saturday, it was sold out, but thankfully we had reservations and were quickly helped for our swan boat ride. The customer service was good, and the staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness of the swan boat we got brought down the rating. It was dirty with napkins, straw, and forks. I recommend cleaning your equipment before the next passenger uses it. The dirtiness gave a bad vibe for our first experience.

Nice place, but more than we bargained for. Pedaling the boat was tiresome and a fight against the current caused by the wind. It was hard to keep the boat going.

Nice city view. Booking was easy. There some wired smell in the water. Other than that it was a good experience

Fast and easy check in. It was a beautiful scenery. We chose the perfect time to go right before sunset. Staff was friendly and courteous.

It's really nice but for a date it's probably not a good idea, it will have you sweating since you have to pedal for an hour.

Fun nautical+avian activity! The only downside: your calves WILL be on fire by the time your ride is over. Pedaling these giant birds around is NO JOKE! It is a serious LEG workout. Make sure to bring at least four people so you can take turns pedaling, or bring two people who can pedal for you the entire time. Children work great for this because they are easily motivated by fear, which you can instill in them through threats of throwing them overboard should they pedal too slowly.

Make sure you have reservations before you get in line. Lots of fun and a great leg workout. They aren't the easiest to maneuver, but we had lots of fun.

Interesting place to spend quality time with your loved ones. One hour is more than enough time to enjoy, the price is reasonable. If you do go, I would check the weather for wind. The wind was so strong that we keep getting pushed backward. We never made to the other side of the pool and got completely winded after 15 minutes. I parked in the mall across the street and validate it in some of the store.

Small space. We came at night for the light up ride. It was nice and we were the last ride so some of the lights were off. The saving grace was that there weren’t too many people, which was good because our swan was really difficult to control. We named her Linda because she just wouldn’t listen.

Poor customer service. Wasted time and money because we got denied for being late when online it states u can be late but your time will be cut short, instead they denied us entirely with 50 minutes left til closing. Out of all the employees non could greet us or inform us that they were closed either. Disappointing experience. Requested a refund.
