Had a really bad customer service experience today with the assistant manager MARIA that doesn't know how to work with customer service, I grabbed a item from the clearance section even the tag had the special price for $5.00 and she still charged me for the regular price she argued with me telling me that she had to charge me the regular price, that's a false advertisement when I grabbed it from the clearance section and the tag had the special price sticker, really disappointed. With this rainbow store really bad customer service.
Great customer service, the cashier was just a breath of fresh air. BUT the lady is looking me up and down on the way out like I stole something I understand I know people steal but try not to make it so obvious it might offend someone like me who doesn't steal.
