Raintree Apartment Homes, Brea CA

We moved in a few months ago and it's been pretty good and quite. Parking has always been kind of a pain because of how many residents are currently here but it wasn't to bad. Now all of a sudden there's been absolutely no parking whatsoever where we have to park on the street a couple streets down which is very inconvenient for us. We've been on the waiting list for a month for a personal parking spot and we just saw there notice saying there just now getting to the residents that got put on the waiting list a year ago so it would literally take another year just to be able to get a spot. I will not be staying another year and dealing with this parking.

I’ve been living here since 2019 and no problems. Staff is courteous and problems are typically resolved same day if I call in the morning. The landscaping is well kept and amenities nicely maintained. Just an enjoyable place to live. The parking issue was the only problem which has now been resolved requiring daily parking guest notification by registering their LP online. Thought I’d put in my 5 stars since I’ve enjoyed my stay so far.

The apartments are beautiful and located in a very nice area of Orange County, neighbors are quite and they work hard to keep the place looking nice every day with maintenance and yard work around the complex, parking has never been an issue for me here in the gated community highly recommend

I've lived here for 2 months and absolutely love it. It's very clean, quiet & management has been nothing but great.
