It was not a good experience I have been waiting for 1 hour I haven’t gotten my food and when I asked they said someone got the order already

It’s my first time at this canes via drive thru never again will I come to this Canes! Who waits 40 minutes in the drive thru for your food the workers look lazy as hell! Never again sorry CEO canes do better I’d rather drive 30 minutes further waste my gas than at this location plus other canes the workers are so friendly and fast wasted 40 minutes my hunger is gone!

Small issue with line taking alot longer than usual, not sure if mechanical problem but was stuck in line same place for 30minutes no kidding

Just came in at 9: 59 didn't even notice tbh thought they closed at 2 am but she let me be the last order she the mvp wish I wasn't broke to tip sorry?

I spend like 60$ on like 3 combos n extra bread but they chicken be dry n only crispy burly any chicken it wasn’t as good as all the other locations.they fries be cold n they give u a lil bit … I think it’s the location. Idk ‍️ iv never complained bout canes but this last time wasn’t it

If I could give 0 stars, I would, but it doesn't allow me to do so. I placed a mobile order to prevent getting my order wrong, yet they still messed it up. The main reason why I am leaving the review is because of the bad customer service. The person in charge of handing out the orders was very rude, I would've provided a name, but she was not wearing a nametag. I asked if my order was ready, and she said she would check but failed to do so. All she did was walk back but didn't actually check. I waited a few more minutes before asking again. She said my order was not ready when the order should've been ready since it was already past the pick-up time. But yet another customer with a mobile order came and received her order on the first try. Turns out my order had been sitting there since before I arrived, apparently she couldn't read my name despite me spelling it out for her. Now I know why everyone says they would rather make the drive to Downey.

I absolutely love Raising Cane's, but this new location just didn't give me the same vibe as the others. There was a huge line and the person taking the orders would periodically open the window and was telling customers "just giving you a heads up its going to be a really long wait" which I feel it's not good for business because it was driving way customers including myself

Two lines for drive thru, sometimes long but variable. This area needed something like Canes.

Was so happy to finally have a canes about 10 minutes from my house and made a mobile order. I picked up my food and went straight to my car because of how little space and parking this location has. When I get home I see my order wasn’t complete and called the location and spoke with the manager Dave. I explained the situation to see what could be done about it and dave took down my name and number and assured me that my next visit back I’d get a box for the inconvenience but when I showed up, they had no clue what I was talking about? So I basically got robbed from this place since I wasn’t even offered a refund either. Never experienced this at any canes before, so highly disappointed

I placed a mobile order to avoid waiting too long. I arrived a couple minutes after anticipated pick-up time so I figured it would be ready. Most of the time, the girl just had the window closed so it was difficult to even communicate. I finally got my order almost 10-15 minutes after I arrived. Most of the people before me were complaining about receiving the wrong order or missing items. It’s insane how they can’t even read the receipt and package the order correctly. Drive-thru is alright but dine-in or pick-up is a nightmare.
